My husband took my car in for service for me on 06/01/2026. He then advised that the car was left to a lady named Nadine Thomas. He advised that the lady would share quote and suggested I just follow up to make sure I get it. When I called, o asked for the lady. When the person that answered the call told Nadine I was on the phone, it seemed as though she was shouting at the person. I calmly and politely asked her if she could please send the quote as promised to which I got told “what! I didn’t promise anyone anything! I will send it but that’s not cool and you must talk to him!” This left me feeling so belittled as though i was not a paying client at the facility. She further proceeds to handing my husband the keys on collection with no words, not even telling him where the car is located or what was done!Nadine needs to watch her tone and remember she is not addressing her children. I will NEVER take my car back there and do not recommend her ever! I’m beyond ****ed.
In February I was emailed 2 easy pay accounts to pay my Telkom bills. The first one was credited only to find out that the second one I was provided the incorrect account number of which I paid to. I called and wanted to get this rectified with no success! Being sent from pillar to post all I ever get told is that it’s been escalated. I have cooperated and supp**** proof of payment to this day nothing has been done about it! I will never take up another agreement with Telkom and would never recommend them to anyone ever again!!!!!!
Bought a fridge online on 18 March 2022. Today is 17 May 2022 and still no fridge. Call center agents are passing me around like a cigarette with no help! I am LIVID!
I ordered food to the value it R380. The order was late because the driver kept going the wrong way. After getting him here, the drinks were leaking and had the food was missing. The driver didn’t wait for me to check the order and drove off! I’m never ordering through Uber eats EVER AGAIN!
The receptionist here is outright rude. Attitude from the minute we walked in. Does not open her mouth to speak. I’m shook
Revco has put my unemployed mother under huge unnecessary pressure as far as harassment through sms on a payment plan both parties have agreed on. They have gone as far as telling my mother that legal action will commence without no call from them to try to even resolve the "problem" with client. I then went on to give them a call in order to sort out whatever they had going on to with they have failed to call me back as promised but are every quick to harress and threaten people over sms. This is not how things are run and this is pure intimidation on the voiceless!
