Been with RocketNet for 3 months and things have been much better compared to where I was. Support is more thorough than any other ISP I've been with.
Crystal and her team went out of their way to provide an excellent service. They were efficient, effective and affordable and went to great lengths to make sure that I was happy with the product. Highly recommend!
I am appalled by the service I have received over the last 2 years from CAMAF.

My doctor has submitted claims on my behalf which have been completely ignored, amounting probably to about R10 000, with not a word from CAMAF.

This however, ironically, is not my main gripe. I have been PRESCRIBED MEDICATION by a DOCTOR which I have paid for over the last year. This medicine wasn't cheap either. At about R1000 per month, it starts to hurt one's pocket.

So at the end of the last year, I upgrade my plan from Essential Plus, to Double Plus, so that maybe this time, my claims would be paid back to me. This was not the case. I am told that my R1000 per month PRESCRIBED MEDICATION is a \tonic\", and therefore not covered. What a shock, a medical aid trying to nail a client.

I have received the most atrocious, arrogant and sarcastic customer service I have ever received. Cell C, eat your heart out, these guys have got you beat. I am very disappointed that CAMAF has dealt with my issue in this way. Now I get to be disappointed by paying an EXTRA R1500 per month too..."
I made a request for all the funds in my unit trust to be deposited into my bank account.

I also needed those funds as a matter of urgency.

I haven't received a statement for a while(the post office is shit), so I didn't know the balance in my account. I wrote these instructions very clearly in my mail as well as my contact number. I waited 2 days without a response until finally phoning Stanlib myself, only to find that my details were \blurry"- they're not. Any normal human being can read the forms. I downloaded the EXACT forms that I sent"
I love how Telkom has got away with so much in the last year and it's finally catching up with them.

I moved from Cell C to Telkom Mobile on 14 June 2015. I found that the signal I had at my home and my work wasn't quite to my standard so I decided to move. I was quite happy with Telkom Mobile up until that point. My needs were just not being met at the point. Not anyone's fault.

Fast forward 2 months and I am trying to port away from Telkom to another provider. For 3 weeks I have been trying to port, but it keeps getting blocked.

Today I finally received feedback from Telkom saying that the restriction period is 3 months.

The FINAL Number Portability Regulations on ICASA's website, however, say in no uncertain terms that the period is 2 months. There is also no documentation of any kind on Telkom's own website nor is it alluded to in any way, shape, or form.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have little choice but to involve my lawyer in the matter.
