I have placed a valentines order with Netflorist (order number 108371769) on Thursday and realized that the delivery date was only Monday 17th February 2025. I cancelled the order and requested a refund which said they would do. Shortly afterwards i placed another order (order number 108373696) and the delivery date was 14 February 2025 which i was happy with. However the order was never delivered even not on their cut off time which was 20h00 that day. This is the second time i had a bad experience with netflorist and would like the public to know not to trust them or support them anymore. I am sure that I would never make use of their service or recommend them to anyone. I am actually sad that i had to choose a star to rate them. They are in my eyes not 1 star worth.
I ordered flowers with a vase on 26 July 2024, for my wife on our anniversary on Saturday 27th July 2024. These flowers was never delivered on the date I have chosen. On Sunday 28th July 2024 we went to church and when we came back, there was 4 missed calls on my wife's phone. I return the call and spoke to Nstikelelo( phone number 0670509395) from Netflorist in CAPE TOWN and asked him why didn't he delivered on Saturday. He said his car broke down and his phone was dead. I said to him but he was supposed to call me. I also said he should have a backup plan but he just drop the phone on me and said I can call customer service, he don't care. I feel this is bad service on their side. Now my wife didn't receive her flowers which was for our anniversary. I called the office today 29 July and spoke to Siya to report this and requested a refund.
Very helpful company to order from. You can get anything from them and they have good quality. On time delivery and refund policy is good. Will refund without questions asked or replace an item. Take a lot u tops
On 2023/10/19 i delivered 2 boxes at Makro at the receiving department. I arrived 14h00 at the gate and was send in. Inside was send from pilar to post. Wayed an hour foe someone to help. Another hour for the items to be checked and another hour for my paper to be signed. Service is poor and securities doing the work of Makro staff. What is the real co tract with Fidelity Guard Company foe them to do the work. Wow i am shocked with the service. How can i recommend Makro for anything

On 2023.04.21 I bought 2 x Spring water @ R23.98 and 2 x Country class Boerewors @ R74.00 and PNP charge me R1.15 for a bag but had my own bag. The total was R99.13. I lay a complaint and they give me back R1.10 but not the R0.05. Which means they ****** me of a five cent. Pnp owe me 0.05 cent. If they take that much of each customer,they make millions. I want my 5cent back.
Market Square, Pick n Pay. Wellington Bad service. I bought a bottle Bains Whiskey on special for R249. 99. With the Whiskey bottle u get a 1,5l Still or sparkling water free which is part of the special. They did not had the water to give with the Whiskey. I called the manager of the liquor shop but was of no help to me as customer . What kind of service is that. Baaaaad.
Recently I had a fault on my extra view but was sorted out in no time. I made use of the self help service online. Well. Done dstv multichoice
