Shout out to Cheslyn Barnard for always providing top tier customer service and for always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Every interaction with Cheslyn - via telephone or email - overflows with positive vibes which leaves one feeling deeply valued and appreciated. It is an honour and an absolute pleasure dealinh with Cheslyn who is always on the ball and keeps hitting it out of the stadium each and every time. My word fall short and don't do justice to the great customer service provided by Cheslyn. We need more "Cheslyns" who make a much needed difference in a world where customer service is often non-existant and customer satisfaction is hardly ever prioritised. CHESLYN IS THE RAY OF LIGHT ON A DARK DAY AND THE RAINBOW AFTER A STORM !!!
Khetiwe.... What a breath of fresh air !!! It is an absolute honour and pleasure to deal with her. as she is respectful, friendly, calm, re-assuring, attentive and most of all, HELPFUL... This is not a combination that is easily found in this day and age. Thankfully, all of this can be found in ONE person. Khetiwe, thank you for making my day so much easier and enjoyable. May the force be with you! You definitely deserve a medal and a promotion !!!
Newly opened store & service is already terrible. Managers are nowhere to be seen until a cashier runs to complain about a customer raising his/her voice in the store. Floor staff are rude & arrogant - bumping into customers in the isles without apologizing & display an attitude as if they're doing you a great favour by assisting you. Cashiers are slow, lazy & arrogant. They tell you they cannot help you as they already cashed-up, or you can only pay exact amount as they don't have enough chang to give. Others will simoly ignore you and attend to other matters, then run to management complaining of customers raising their voices. Manager tries defusing the situation, making the customer seem at fault whilst favoring his *********** cashiers. Manager fails to understand the customer was being pushed from pillar to post & raised his/her voice as a result. Manager justifies cashiers behaviour by saying if a customer isn't helped it's probably because they are busy as they are a newly opened store - after being asked if being too busy justifies a customer being pushed from pillar to post, he says he will not allow customers to be rude to his staff or raise their voices in the store. He was then told (by the customer) tha his staff must grow up & stop running to him like cry-babies & that (manager) needs to be more active and visible on the floor so there will be no need for customers becoming vocal about staff's behaviour towards them. Also, if there is only 1 manager & he is unable to oversee his entire store all by himself, then he needs to hire more people to oversee his store, manage the cashiers, train the staff, etc.
Ordered and received my Toshiba 8 place Counter top dishwasher from AC Direct Online with no issues at all. Online transaction was smooth and delivery was quick. Desirè and Tiffany were extremely helpful over the phone when i called to enquire about my order and delivery. The driver who delivered my dishwasher was also very friendly. AC Direct is a company i would definately do business with again. Thanks.
Been hearing a funny noise from the engine compartment of my car (2017 Sandero 900T) since day1. The salesman insisted i shouldn't worry and the noise will settle coz the car is still new and it needs time to settle. He convinced me to take oyt a maintenance plan and to extend the warranty (at a cost, which i did not mind, cos it sounded like peace of mind having it) Almost 40 000 km later the noise is still there and getting worst day by day but the dealerships want to charge me to repair it. I have a maintenance plan and i extended the factory warranty from 150 000 to 200 000km, which i paid extra for but the delaerships still want to charge me seperately to fix the problem I emailed Renault SA to inform them and to seek their help but they simply ignored my request and suggested i go to a dealership and get a quote to repair the vehicle. Pathetic!
