Dont ever bother using MrD delivery via Takealot. You would rather buy from other suppliers who dont use MrD. Your delivery will be moved from piller to post and they will intentionally use tricks to claim that they cant deliver or reach you. They dont focus on delivery but rather non-delivery. The most incompenent delivery company in South Africa currently!!!!
Why does ABSA assume they can causally double bill their clients for their vehicle asset purchase in December? I am deeply disturbed to find that I am also a victim of this unceremonious occurence by ABSA. I was billed on the 14th and 25th of December. The billing for the 14th of December was without my explicit permission and as far as I am concerned constitutes a breach of my asset contract which I plan to take up with the NCR. ABSA can you refund my money NOW for the debit order of the 14th of December!!! I want my hard earned money back!!
Worst online delivery experience ever! Stick to sell only via the counter as your loosing loyal customers fast!!
I am stunned. How further tardy can FNB get. I applied for a re-advance on my home-loan in February and an outcome on this application is yet to finalized 3 months down the line. Who does that? I lodged a formal complaint requesting for the assigned consultant on the application to be removed. This was not done. Who does that? I hate to believe it but FNBs restructuring process has had the opposite desired effect i.e. increased tardiness. For an institution that relies on making money off the back of its clients, the level of tardiness is absolutely nauseating and shocking!
On the 12 of November I bought pies for lunch which to my shock had been relabled. The original expiry date on the packaging was 6th November but a relable from Food Lovers had it for expiry on the 14th of Nov. I am in complete shock of this unbecoming behaviour. Can someone provide a "reason" for this downslide in food ethics in your stores? I have photos to prove this!
On the 23rd of November I went to Budget Hatfield to collect a hired car. Due to their indolence I cancelled the hire. I however received an sms claiming that they had deducted money from my credit card. I went back to the office and complained on why they have deducted money despite my cancellation. They promised me that my money will be returned. It's now 1st December and the money is yet to be reversed into my credit card account. I would like someone from budget to explain to my when they will give me back my money!!!!! I have had enough of this disservice from budget...I also have proof to show that the car hire contract was cancelled without charge and prepared to use it if prejudiced...
