****s! Why does my parcel OTFI01-00003810 not get delivered? Stupid statement when I trace online like "Mis-routed" and "Business closed". Really? I live on a farm. No telephone call from you?
I ordered sandals online. Ram couriers are not delivering and they have silly excuses like "business closed" even though we live on a farm. I contacted Froggie and the lady went to so much trouble to sort the problem. She really walked the extra mile. Thank you!
We ordered a TV online on 26 March and paid with a credit card. Order number OD433982803871406100. Makro keeps on saying that our payment has not been received. I sent them proof of payment (Which is quite a mission when you pay via credit card) twice already. I get a return message calling me "Hello null" saying they are "on it". But still no response and no TV
Over the last month or 2 I have been getting calls from number 021 4925204 as well as 021 4925197. I can hear there is somebody on the other side and then the person just puts the phone down. I see on Tellows that other people had the same experience with this number. Today after saying \hello,hello\" a guy on the other side said \"Sorry wrong number\" I insisted on some answers and he said they are only supposed to phone people who were born after 1960. I asked why am I getting all these calls and he just said he will take my number off the list and get his manager to call me. What is Edgars thinking. Needless to say that when I called the number it just says \"The number does not exist and that I should dial carefully\". Can somebody at Edgars please have a look at their system and train their staff and STOP PHONING ME AND PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR."
My husband and I travelled from OR Tambo to Cape Town International on 31 Jan 2016 and returned on 7 Feb 2016. My checked in bag has 3 zips. I secured these with cable ties. Picking up my luggage after BOTH flights all the cable ties were cut and my luggage was a mess as somebody scratched in my bag. Nothing was missing as I carried my camera and jewelery on me. How bad is this - should there not be security cameras installed? If this happened to me on both trips it must ean that this is a regula occurence! Can somebody tell me how can we trust making use of airlines??
