I ordered a dress online at Truworths for R330. A day later I received an email that the dress is out of stock. I then went online to check the dress only to find there is stock for all sizes but the amount has gone up to R440. i then emailed customer services who then advised its not sold on line but in store only. i find Truworths to have handled this matter very unprofessionally, you could have just admitted you made a mistake on the price. What is the point of ordering on line if the price changes and then you are told go to the store. Im not sure if Truworths realises that you are competing with the likes of Shein. very upset with this issue.
I bought a toilet rack on 03 Dec, till today 19 Dec my item has not been delivered , no response on emails. the company is listed as being owned by Raymond Kasinganeti - Founder & CEO - Radek Group
I ordered a fan on 27 Nov and delivery was supposed to be within 5 working days. When the days passed i enquired and was told i will get my two fans on 20 Dec. Today i get a message that i will get a refund. I find this pathetic and Makro disrespecting its customers. My sister had also ordered and to date no one had communicated that there is a delay. Makro was getting interest on my money since 27 Nov but when they refund they don't add that. This is the last time i will buy from Makro. Pathetic service

I had the most terrible service from FNB Credit card limit application. I spoke to Mathapelo Selogeloa who initially told me that they take 24hrs and I advise her that I need to be told if this will happen on 11 April as I need to travel out of the country for a funeral. She promised she will call back she never did. I followed up on 12 April and spoke to Busi around 08:15 who advised it shows it will be actioned during the day. I called again at 15:11 and spoke to Muzi who advise it will processed before end of business. at 16:43 I spoke to Zanele who checked and advised that all team leaders had left. She then put me through to Mathapelo who advised me that they had all gone and they don't work on Saturdays. How does FNB confirm they will do something and not do it. I have lost a family member that I need to bury and they toil with people's lives like this. I will be moving all my account to other banks
I had a very pleasant experience with Miway yesterday. I sent an email to someone I hadn't dealt with in long time as I still had the email and immediately I got a response from Shardonnay Peterson and Kitlabo Cawe. Thank you so much for urgent and professional way of dealing with clients.
I called King Price this morning and spoke to a gentleman called Shakiel Mokwevho. This gentleman has such great customer service befitting the name of the company you work for. Thank you for your assistance this morning.
on 01 Feb a debit order of R129 was attempted on my account. I do not know anything about this can FNB stop this debit orders, every month I have to cancel these debit orders PROCALL BD ********** 190131 . I am tired of calling FNB. Please cancel these debit orders.
I got a shock this meeting to discover amounts of R89 have been going through my bank account. I called FNB and was told the company is Paytoza.I then called Paytoza at 13:05 and spoke to Maria Motsweneng who advised I should contact KMA marketing on 031 828 3278. this number is not being answered. I would like these debit orders to be cancelled with immediate effect. im really tired of these fraudsters
