Good Morning, I have been trying for the past week to make an appointment with Nedbank Financial planner to update a Will for my mum. The call center is unhelpful and the wait is painful. Mailing the branch manager to date has garnered no response. Is there anyone at Nedbank who can assist us urgently?

Nedbank Lenasia is useless with no assistance to my dad. He has tried on numerous occasions to call to set up and appointment and they just don’t assist sending him from pillar to post. Car Track Terrible after sales service My car track tracking device is draining my battery putting me at danger. I get a consultant call me and tell I need to pay R600 to repair it. i pay a monthly fee to car track and now I am told my device is out of warranty. On the 11th of August 2020, I purchased two items (rose & crate) is for Berenise Pringle at the same address however delivery was charged twice. To date Netflorist has not responded or replied. I have called and emailed several times however it seems that Netflorist in not interested.
I ordered these items on the 06th of November. After much hype and fan fare the items were dispatched from Doha Collection. Standard Sizes 58 & 60 were not normal sizes. At no time were we advised that the sizes were tightfitting as all Abayas are loose fitting. Precious was the Sales lady who took the order via WhatsApp When I contacted owner Ayesha (0843662786) she spoke and tried to worm her way out without taking any responsibility. Thereafter hung up and refused to take my calls. She kept saying its like buying clothes at Edgars. She is not Edgars. Ayesha has no ethics and treats clients poorly. Certainly wont be purchasing anything from her in future. Disappointed with her attitude and behavior!
i upgraded to a 40g day and night at the end of July (effective from August). This morning I was out of bundle. When I check my Wifi usage it shows very little usage. Upon querying Telkom they advisedbits used up? Tgey can explain why or how the data is used up
I went on Sunday to return the tiedye trackpants purchased via online shopping (ORDER NUMBER O764187179) at East Rand Mall, however the following should be noted: 1. I only received one piece of 2pack 2. East Rand Mall cannot exchange it as they don’t do returns for online I find this unacceptable as I only received part of my order. They made a boo boo with my order. I want my full refund without having several consultants (Gillian van Wyk, Jeremiah Pluke and Ryno Williams) all giving conflicting responses. Please just sort this out.
I placed an online order (#0025454684), it was delivered on the 02nd of April however when checking the items received my chocolates were short. I raised a query on the website however to date no response from pick n pay. No acknowledgement of my complaint either.
