I purchased the Wand module for Hydrowise, and it was second hand, and wont connect with the controller as it's ''linked to another account''. Hunter say it wont work, unless the original owner de-registered the serial number. I called the mobile on their website 082 411 5525 but it says it doesnt exist :( I have written to ClickLeaf via email and I am hoping I get a response. I if I do I will amend my rating accordingly.

The Wheel Deal in Paarl took advantage of my wife's lack of understanding and sold her tyres that had less than 1mm remaining on the indicator. In simple terms the tyres have less than 4000km remaining. I gave the owner every opportunity to rectify the situation, but he refused to refund me.
Waiting 2 months for a Tax Invoice. SARS needs this and I get zero response from VitalityTravel@comair.co.za. I tried booking a new flight and after the R58 000 was deducted I got an error message. The land line is never answered and my emails go unanswered. I am considering leaving Discovery all together!

Pathcare dont have the decency to call you if your invoice is overdue, they simply hand it over for collection.So if the email they have on record is 10 years old, like in my situation, you have no idea until the deby collector calls, wanting their R250 in interest. Point is, if the debt collection agency can call me, why cant Pathcare. I will be using Lancet in future.
Unathi Plumbing did the plumbing at our home in Cape Town. Here are just some issues we had: 1) Connected the domestic toilet to the hot water pipe, so when you flush the toilet, hot water comes out. 2) Connected the guest loo cistern to the hot water pipe too. 3) The prep bowl in the pyjama lounge - the waste water does not drain. We had to do away with the prep bowl. 4) The mains water pipe in the ceiling burst open and caused water damage to the ceiling speakers and down lights. 5) The hand held shower - when we turn on the mixer, the hot water comes out the hand held shower, spraying everywhere. It was connected incorrectly to the ibox in the wall. 6) The waste pipe from the toilet in the master bedroom leaked down the wall into the formal lounge below. 7) The mains water pipe in the master bedroom ceiling burst. 8) No gulley installed outside the scullery The list goes on and on .... but I think you get the idea.
I had a most unpleasant experience dealing with this company a few months ago. I have tried to no avail to get Solnet back to fix my solar system. I see now from other reviews that this seems the norm :(
