As at 30th november i had 60 voice minutes remaining and about 240mb on my account. According to my contract these are to be carried over to December. Today being the 1st of December only 9 min and 101mb were carried over. This is not the first time this has happened. Also when data or minutes are carried over vodacom uses the current months allocation first thus by the end of that month the amount that was rolled over gets forfeit. What a load of rubish is this.? I want an explanation from vodacom for robbing me of my data /minutes and replacing it back into my account.
So with regards to my initial complaint. Note: it's the 5th March 2016<br> Still no joy from PATHETIC TELKOM. <br> No technician came out as advised by customer service 2 WEEKS AGO!!!! Numerous phone calls notifying them of my problem.<br> 1st person got irritated because he doesn't know what the problem is (being in technical support you supposed be well pepared for all types of issues) and than cut the call.<br> 2nd person refused to assist she said a query had been logged for a technician to come and I was very rudely told that it takes 72 \WORKING\" HOURS<br> I am paying for a service that I'm not getting I WANT A FULL REFUND.<br> TELKOM DOES NOT BELIEVE IN PROVIDING A GOOD SERVICE TO IT'S CUSTOMERS. EVEN YOUR EMPLOYEE HAS SAID SO. \"TELKOM IS PATHETIC IT'S FALLING APART\"<br> it's the only call centre that customers are kept holding on for up to an hour. <br> <br> <br> "
So i purchased an LTE modem from Telkom Which comes with a SIM card that is supposed to be Rica complied on delivery. The device is supposed to be a plug and play with no hiccups.<br> 1. the sim was not Rica certified after, 2 days of waiting had to call in to get it activated.<br> 2. The modem is switched on, it says we have LTE and signal strength is good. But we have no internet service at all.<br> 3. The modem comes with very poor instructions on how to connect , one would require a magnifying glass to read the instructions.<br> 4. The instruction sheet says we will receive an email from Telkom to configure the setting which we didn't receive.<br> 5. I do not have a landline to call Telkom and I cannot spend 40 minutes on my mobile phone holding on for a Telkom customer service agent to take my call.<br> 6. we logged a complaint with Telkom, an agent said that a technician will come out to assist us. To date nothing!<br> <br> Telkom has the worst customer services. I need Them to get me connected. I don't see the point of giving my support when I'm not receiving the service. I might as well cancel my contract. <br> <br> Telkom needs to wake up that company is falling apart.

Waited all day for my parcel. When enquired with Joseph he claims to have \HOOTED"for me to open the door which is a complete lie and what kind of disrespect is that? what happened to being a decent human and ringing the doorbell? And calling me before leaving. than he said can't do anything now cos his off duty @16:38. Customer service said they're required to work until 5pm. customer service also said The manager will contact me back. Never called!!!! Gotta wait another 4 days for an overnight delivery. Pathetic company they don't even have the decency to message a person to keep the customer updated/ informed on the delivery of parcels. """

Logged a \no adsl service"with customer service on the 23rd Jan. To date there has been no progress at all. <br> I've been messaged by Telkom to say problem resolved. With who /when??? I still have no service. <br> How long does it take to resolve an issue? Called several times back holding on for 40 to 60 min per call without any assistance all. This Is just unacceptable and pathetic. Employ more consultants and technicians provide the service and get the job done. Already been a week without service... I expect telkom to reduce my bill for each day my adsl line was disconnected. Bad weather is poor excuse for no service. <br> Fix my line. No more excuses!!!<br> """
