sadly the response fromvodacom has been poor .i logged in a quiry and was told by a bot my problem will besolved after restating my router in 1 hour ...failed .called and a consultant failed and said will refer to team NO QUERY SMS SENT AS NORMALLY . Called again and went thru a hole loy of settings etc and still failed toi help again told will send to team to check into oit .NOSMS WITH QUIRY LOG WAS RECEIVED . THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN RECURRING 2 X RESOLVEWD ONLY AFTER COMPLAINING VIA HELLO PEETER ,I TRIED WITHOUT DOING THIS BUT FAILING. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO TEMPORARILY REPAIRED ,
Vodacom customer service is getting worse by the day .I am having problems with internet connection which was also experienced in the past and only got solved when resorting to hello Peter.failed to contact via online chat ,sent e mail no response after request for further information sent .call on cell phone ,waiting for over ten minutes .

ster kinekor call center never returns your call .u can wait for ten minutes and no one answers .ther is an opyion to leave a message and they will call back...they bhave not done so for the last 3 times a i have left a message .i e maoiled them but the has been an auto response and nothing else .
I cancelled 2 accounts with telkom ion January 19th was told that 30 days required for cancellation and last debit order will be in March .I have sms from telkom confirming cancellation with reference numbers .one acc Lunt the last debit order was in March the second account after having gone to telkom store they assured me the debit order will be reversed and stopped ,but that has not happened and debit order for may has been effected .I last spoke to Lucky at telkom store port shepstone oribi plaza .
the service has been getting very poor over the lasy few months and now for 5 days no service at all .contacting the customer support is a nightmare.had to resoirt to going to mtn to be able to do business .
