I have found out that this website operates on a subscription model, which doesn’t allow businesses to respond unless they pay. I don’t think this is right. Also, I don’t like that they take advertising from betting companies I think a cheapens everything. I wanted to delete my account and there’s no obvious way to do that on the site so I’m posting this review to let you know what my thoughts are and also to request that my account is deleted as well as my past history if possible
I was unable to amend my previous review. I have been so impressed and helped by the client service people at Absa that I feel that my previous review was unfairly harsh. I was so happy with the response and was able to get all the information I needed and careful follow up. Good work Absa
The call centre “virtual assistant “ is terrible. Practically impossible to select option because it doesn’t understand my (South African) accent. Spent 4 minutes trying to get through without success.
I'm setting up my Shyft account and finding it pretty easy. I had a major panic after transferring funds into what I THOUGHT was the wrong account. I contacted the help chat and the consultant = seeing i was in a panic phoned me. She confirmed that it was in fact correct, but she offered to spend time with me to take me through how Shyft works and any other questions. She spent 25 minutes on the phone with me. Aaqifah gave details in a clear and understandable way. So reassuring and professional. I am grateful and impressed.
I had a fantastic claims experience with OUT surance pet insurance. It was very easy to submit claims using the app and I was paid out super fast.
Dr John is amazing. So kind with the cats especially with the scardey one. The practice is busy but they stick to their times and do everything to accommodate and help.
8 minutes!! From logging the claim via the app, uploading the invoice- to receiving notification that the claim has been approved and sent for payment. That’s super fast. An easy online process with confirmation messages along the way. And 8 minutes to settlement . I’m blown away
There's just no service to rate. It was very easy to open the account, but almost impossible to find the necessary details to transfer shares into Easy Equities. emails generate the the standard information responses. I tried to phone, but following the voice recordings, the calls hang up. Even when you try reach the trading desk!!! I am thwarted. There is NOTHING easy about easy equities, no matter how cheery the IVR voices sound. Giving this up as a very bad idea and closing account.
Very good responsive. Great app. Used my car log to get out of an erroneous traffic fine by proving my car had not been to that area
I have Checkers Pet insurance through Outsurance. I started the claim on the app in the evening. Was called first thing the next morning by Jarryd Reddy. He had great manner an was very helpful, offering to contact the vet to get the form completed. Excellent follow up and most importantly the claim was approved the next day and paid on day 3! The claim waz
