MWEB has been my ISP for the last 6 years, what terrible customer service. You cannot call them as they do not provide contact details only why of contacting them is via live chat. Which they take forever to respond to and when you finally get someone they need to transfer you to someone else. I changed my package via there app 23 February , it is now 9 days later . Of which I spent 3 full days on the live chat and still nothing has been done, Apparently the provisioning team informed me it normally takes 72 hours to change, which they were going to escalate as on Monday 2 March nothing was actioned. They confirmed that they will call me . STILL waiting
We have been experiencing constant disconnection on the fibre line. Unfortunately you cannot log a ticket as they only allow you to chat. However there chat functionality also does not work as it keeps losing/refreshes the chat. I chatted to Linda 3 times provided my details, address and everything. Lost the chat but they will not ger back to you.
I was admitted to Glynnwood on 21 January for a procedure. They insisted that I pay a co-payment, which according to Discovery should not be the normal process. Then at the same time on 24 January they submitted the FULL claim including the co- payment which was settled to them on 27 January. Which means they have been over paid for this account.After several calls they informed me that I need to complete a refund form.Which was completed 4 February. I have still not received my money.It is now 3 weeks since I had to make this payment. I am not sure who will be settle the interest.
Recently opened in Boksburg. There food is the worst ever, do not order "meat" as they do not know what the difference is between medium and well done. Becareful they automatically add 10% tip regardless of the service provided. Some hiccup from the H/O in Centurion.
We changed ISP from Vox to MWEB in April 2024. Vox was quick to raise a ticket for a courier to collect there hardware after almost 3 years of being with them. To date NO ONE has collected or contacted us . Then they put through a debit order on my account, which has been cancelled since April for R1999 for tge hardware which they failed to collect. Avoid VOX as there service is terrible.
We tried this new Restaurant on the East rand, what a pleasant surprise. Loving atmosphere , the meal was GREAT and the prices are very reasonable.
I recently booked a stay at this resort and used my loyalty card for the discount. I overpaid for this booking and required a refund, which they confirmed via email I would get at check in . When I checked in they then informed me that at check out they would refund me. Then when check out came they requested me to complete a refund form with my credit card details, copy of my id etc. It has now been 3 weeks and still no refund. When I enquired they advised me that they cannot refund into my credit card account and required my cheque account details. Which I provided, however I have still NOT received my refund.
My Dad has passed on 5 years now and we still cannot get any feedback /details on his share investments that should be paid out to my Mom. I have sent numerous emails and called several times since September 2023 to try and get this matter resolved. However every time "FNBdeceasedEstate " department informs me that they have a 24 to 48 hours response BUT No one ever comes back to provide and update. On 4 December Sheree confirmed that matter has been assigned to Sara-lee and she will respond to me, but nothing came of this. My last call was on 17 January and I spoke with Kyshik who informed me that he was escalating this matter as it is taking long. BUT still NO response 48 hours later.
Dr. Nokuthula Innocentia Zwane specific dentist. In January she referred me to the Oral surgeon for implants. After six months of this lengthy process as well as costly, as medical aid does not pay for everything when she had to do the crowns after the *****s was exposed. She informs me that this process is to "difficult" for her and that she will have to refer me to another colleague. Please avoid this dentist as she does not follow through. Surely she should have referred me in January to another dentist if she was not capable.
Please do not buy any "electrical/technology" goods from Snatcher. They do not accept returns on these products when it does not work as "they test" it on there side and confirm it is working. However when I received my vacuum it did not work- NO refund or return.
