Experienced an issue on the app with placement of an order resulting in duplicated payment. Logged 4 requests to assist and refund me, but it's been a week and there has been no response! Guess when there is a refund involved they choose to simply ignore requests untill you stop following up. Well done Takealot!
0 After sales service. Eager to collect your monthly premium, but nothing else. They don't respond to calls or emails and when you request a health check on your system, the technicians show up and leave without providing any feedback. We have had this horrible service experience from the start.
I have done several bookings through Lekkeslaap and I have never had any issues. The places we have visited are always accurately represented through the online photographs and everything is always ready and in place with sufficient communication and reminders about bookings. I love using Lekkeslaap. It is easy, convenient and the service is prefect!
A deduction was made from my bank account, but my order was never processed and I have been communicating with PNP for a week now trying to get a refund. I have been provided with some sort of proof of payment reversal, but nothing is showing in my account or has been credited on my APP. I do not know what to do anymore to get my money back from PNP!!!!
Placed an order on ASAP. When I proceeded to checkout, the payment portion was done, and the amount deducted from my bank account, but then there must have been some sort of error because the order was never processed. I contacted them twice. The first time I was told that I will be refunded immediately, but then no communication was send to me. The second time, a ticket was raised and I was told that it will be escalated and that was the end of it. No further communication on when my payment will be refunded. I supposed I will now have to continue to call PnP until I get my money back.
<p>The final rent-to-own appliance was settled in February. Teljoy never bothered to communicate this and I enquired about the status of my account in March, only to be told that my appliances are paid in full. I wanted to know what happened to the overpaid premiums and why I was never contacted about the settled appliances. They sent me a statement refelcting Teljoy retaining the account credit with a "credit not due to client" reason . Did not bother to respond to following complaints and enquiries. Sent a recent email to ask me if I am going to pay my account! Like everything else in this country, Teljoy follows suit by treating clients like **** and making this type if service the norm! You don't even deserve a rating.</p>
