I have always been a very happy and loyal wonga customer until like many others I lost my job and was unable to pay my agreed repayment amounts and was handed over - this is fine and expected. HOWEVER no one gets back to you the collection agent called twice and never again - I called wonga so many times and no one can help me - cause now.,,, i wanted to pay. Anyway I manage to get hold of the collection agent but wonga is still sending through instructions to debit my account? HOW??? This is not acceptable - double payment? my account is being negatively influenced every month because there are no funds for this now unauthorized debit order- this debit order request needs to be cancelled IMMEDIATELY
I received a call that I had luckily been shortlisted to attend an interview at the company. The person that called Chevaun, kept repeating that she had called me the Friday but couldn't get ahold of me- she expressed her apologies and asked that I attend an interview the next day - I complied and asked that she send me the job spec and details - I never received these so I assumed they changed their mind and on with my life I went. The next day early in the morning the same ...person.... called and asked that the interview be virtual - I explained sure , however it is an inconvenience now seeing as I didn't receive the email the first time . She then said " WELL then there must be a problem with YOUR email" I explained that there was nothing wrong with my email as I had used it all day an even that morning - the tone of the conversation went completely left and she became VERY aggressive, which i explained to her and she just got more and more aggressive. I then informed her I don't wnt to work for a company that has people that think its ok to speak to potential candidates like that and act like that on the phone - it could have been resolved with "Oh sorry about that wonder what happened if you can still make it I will forward you the link again - please just confirm" but NO, Not Chevaun. I implore that if your calls are recorded that that call be listened to and Chevaun receive some telephone etiquette training and maybe some emotional intelligence causes because it really isn't a good look to have HR be so nasty an aggressive.
Im rather disappointed by the feedback i am currently experiencing from IMM. I registered and paid in full - long story short I am unable to continue and have deregistered and requested a refund - which Ms Ra-Ina Badenhorst handled very well and until recently was giving me enough feedback to keep me at bay, however I have recently not heard a word since its been sitting on some guys desk waiting for them to sign off? How long and tedious must the process of picking up a pen and signing be that the gent/lady has currently taken almost 14 days to do so. We abide by the rules and pay on time - respect us and return our monies to us.

<p>What ridiculous nonsence is this that you cannot send me a copy of the delivery waybill singed by recipient because i am an international customer?? what an absolute crock. I have sent a parcel that cannot be traced and i would like to see the waybill and confirm my parcel was indeed delivered . local vs internation whats the difference do i not ALSO PAY TO GET MY PARCEL DELIVERED!!!!! THESE ARE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS!!!! I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM AND A SCREEN SHOT WHICH I CAN ALSO OBTAIN IS NOT GOING TO CUT IT. why is there such secrecy about a waybill? please escalate to someone who will not send me a long winded reply. im only contactable on mail or you must call qatar </p>
