My step-Dad recently need to effect a transfer of ownership from him to me for The Holiday Club. What an amazingly efficient and friendly company to deal with! There were no hassles and no issues - just good service! I'd recommend dealing with them any time.
I would rate the service I received from Kriben at Supreme Assist as 10 out of 10, from start to finish. He and his team repaired the broken gate enough to get it to move manually so that it looked like our gate was properly closed. Later on he informed me that the new gate and motor would be installed on 09 May 2024, which they were. His workmanship, efficiency and reliability were outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone who needed assistance with gate repair or replacement.
Lebohang arrrived in good time to give our broken down Hyundai H-1 from the Rhino And Lion Nature Reserve a lift on the back of a flatbed tow truck to our home in Johannesburg. He was curteous and efficient and drove extremely carefully.

Telkom delivered a WiFi phone to replace our landline in December 2018 to a neighbour in our road. I did not sign for it. Shortly thereafter our land line service was stopped. We have been without a land line or any kind of Telkom line (I refuse to use their WiFi phone in the house) the whole of 2019. Telkom has continue to bill me for a fixed voice service even though I have no line to speak of and have not made any calls. I cancelled the line officially in March 2019 and have been billed up until May 2019. I have tried numerous times to get hold of a Telkom accounts agent with no real success in resolving this. I feel that they should not have billed me at all for the line in 2019. How can Telkom deliver a phone for which I did not sign, then cut off my land line and continue to bill me?
