My Vodacom fibre connection has been down since 03/01/2026. I love how they act like it's no big deal. I mean, it's only been 1 2 3 45 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14+ days without a signal, not bad at all 😂. Judging by the snail's pace at which they're dealing with my issue, they legit think all is well. I love how nonchalant they are while I'm losing my mind over here 😄. Kudos to you bantase for staying so chill! I'm grateful to those who tried to help, especially those who called me and the lady from retention.
Dear MFC, My ex-husband has an account with you and he's contactable on his email address and cell number. I would like to know why you're sending his emails to me and his cousin? We're not parties to his agreement. Please refrain from exposing your client to 3rd parties as it contravenes POPI.
My Vumatel fibre has been down since 3 January 2026. I called Vodacom several times but I was not assisted. Now I just want to cancel their services.
I made an online order at Nandos Southgate mart. The payment was deducted from my account but the order is not reflecting on their website and they didn't attend to it. Their customer agent said my money will reflect on my account in 2 days, it didn't.
I was admitted to Dr Matseke Memorial Hospital on 10th February 2025 for an elective cesarean section. Everyone I interacted with treated me well. All the sisters in Ward 7, including Ndlovu, Dube, Zwane, Mthethwa, and others, were very sweet and kind. The sisters in the NICU and kids' high-care area were also helpful and polite. I'm grateful to everyone who was there during my surgery as all their collective work was successful, and I am recovering well. I was particularly impressed by the anesthesiologist, Dr. Dlamini, who was patient and kind. My gynecologist, Dr. Magaela and her team were also very good to me. I wish them all the best and pray that their territories will be enlarged.
On 15 December 2024, I placed an order with Woolworths, but it was not delivered. I have called their call centre several times and also sent them an email, to no avail.
Please don't use Payflex. After placing an order and debiting your account they won't bother to pay for your order.

In a few days, WesBank will debit my account for a vehicle loan that I did not take. Additionally, the other bank will also debit my account for the same car loan. I only app**** for a loan switch from the other bank to Wesbank, but the loan was not settled with the other bank, leaving me with two loans for ONE car. How can you justify wanting to debit an account for a service you did not provide? What is the installment for?
I switched my vehicle loan from bank A to Wesbank because my interest rate was not favorable. The application was approved, everything seemed to be going well, and my first installment will be debited at the end of the month. Wesbank was supposed to settle my balance with the other bank, but they didn't, which means I am expected to pay two installments for one car! I called their contact center and emailed the F and I guy, but no one is willing to assist!
