Harassment from this debt collectors for a TUT debt I do not know. I have never studied at TUT. they have been sending never ending sms's that I ignored. They have my work cell number, and they have been bothering me. A boy called Bokang is very rude. Please stop calling me, I dont owe TUT. I have never studied at TUT.
Telkom is refusing to repay my deposit on landline 0178019229 and 0178019237. Rassie Engelbrecht and Bongiwe Mdala keep on asking for documents even though all documents were sent to them.
My car has been with the dealer on maintenance since December 2021. The dealers is saying they are waiting payment from InsureAfrica since early January.
As a new supplier GEMS just decided not to pay for services rendered to its members. When I called I am told that they are investigating my account. Bank details verified on 24th February and on 27th February my bank details are under investigations without any claim nor reason. Am being pushed from pillar to post when I query.
I ordered a parcel international. it has been in the country since 31 August 2019. on the 17th of September the parcel was in Port Elizabeth. on the 19th of Septmeber it was in Tshwane mail Hub. Today, I called the Post Office and am told that the parcel is back in Johannesburg International. The parcel was supposed to go to Pretoria Church Square Post office. i have been calling the Johannesburg International mail Hub since 08:00 this morning and guess what. No answer. So, i am now not going to renew my Post Box. I am so frustrated with the service that Post Office is giving me.
Pretor Service Sucks. I am trying to get an explanation of some amounts that are appearing on my statement and no one seems to care. I called and the lady told me that everyone is leaving and hung her phone on my ears. I have sent an email to the Portfolio Manager and no response. Her assistant told me that she cant help me i must call the Portfolio Manager who is not even responding to the emails.
I have been calling Wesbank to be helped with an arrangement for balloon payment. I have been referred from pillar to post. Firstly, they declined a refinancing of the balloon payment because one of the Directors has a judgement by FNB in his own company. I requested that they continue with the same installment and they still decline but they have been deducting the monthly payments without huddles. Funny enough I have just switched from Standard Bank to FNB in my personal capacity but it looks like I will regret it.
