I've been buying from Checkers almost everyday on the 60/60 app. My last experience was horrible with Jamie on the phone as I complaint about a cake that I ordered and it is very dry, its not edible. She says thats nothing she can do, I have been blocked from the app from logging a product issue. I asked for them to send a driver out and replace the cake and she kept saying that I have to take the cake to the store after I have paid delivery fee for a cake. This is totally unacceptable
Good day I am very disappointed, i just checked my credit profile and i saw that there is an outsurance account on my profile and i never opened an account with outsurance. It shows that i am owing this account. Please get this off my name

I purchased a steam iron 06 September 2017 paid in full and up to date i have not received anything, i tried sending emails to find out when am i getting my product but its not going through anymore its like they blocked my emails from going through
