PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!! You can never get hold of them, they don't respond to emails or anything for that matter. They are the government institutions to look out of our children's well being and so on, but how can they do that if they can't even answer a phone or an email. People are waiting for final adoption orders and to get their new birth certificates as the original one gets handed in to DSD, but they have their own time and don't care about anything. It is so sad to what our country has come to that not even a simple admin instruction can get so complicated to complete. It is much better to earn the salaries, but having to do nothing!!!! It is a very frustrating situation for people as important documents gets handed in, and they are in no hurry to finalze the new important documents.
I have been trying to find out what modules I have completed at Damelin Boksburg. Sent numerous emails and phoned but don't get any response. They are just not very helpful. I need to know what subjects I still have to register for, but can't because they aren't getting back to me.

I have complained about Cell C being useless and I still did not get the assistance that I require. Please can someone get back to me urgently!!!!!!
The people at customer care does just not give a damn. I have requested information multiple times, and I am not getting the information. I can't phone through as I can't remember all my security answers because it's been a while. Their service is really pathetic and no one gets back to you on anything. I hate dealing with them and I hate the fact that I ever dealt with them!
I went onto Medihelp the beginning of February 2016, and I went to my GP where he sent me for x-rays on my back and to go and see a specialist. For me to be able to have seen a specialist, I had to get admitted into hospital. The hospital phoned to get an authorization number, and then Medihelp had to do a non-disclosed investigation before they could give me a authorization number. After the investigation, they came back to me to tell me that they are terminating me, due to the reason they claiming that I went for treatment on my back (which I have problems with since I was 16, due to a car accident), which I never went for. I only went for pain injections and no treatment. They are claiming that I went for infulltration injections in my back and according to them, I had a pregnancy sonar done when I went for my x-rays ,but the report clearly states that it was an abdominal sonar. Medihelp even sent me a statement where they have pregnancy consultations on the statement, but I am not even pregnant. My Dr even tried to contact them, but he is unable to get through to them. I feel that I have been treated unfairly in this regard as what they are claiming is not true at all.
Hi, MTN has deducted a payment on an account that has been cancelled. I have tried to phone the legal department, but there is no answer. I worked that monies into my budget, and now it is not in my account. I am not sure who to contact or what to do. <br> Please assist me.<br> <br> Thank you.
