I was listed for ***** after not hearing from teljoy for more than 4years. I want this ***** Listing to be RESCINDED COMPLETELY by the end of the day today, as well as a confirmation on their letterhead of their negligence on their part and an apology for defamation of character. I was humiliated and embarrassed today to have been declined to open a new back account Should my requests not be met, I will be opening a case of defamation of character as well as holding them to task on calling ME a *****ster, when to me it seems that they, not me, are the *****sters.
I was queuing to pay for my selected ietms at the till when i finally got to the frot i had to deal with a highly irresponsible rude clerk \OPHILIA THABANE\" was her name as i started packing my item's in the counter she persistently pushed everything back to me and as i kept unpacking she kept pushing everything back to me i then asked her why she was doing this very rude she aswered me that it as going to scan even though it was not even close to the scanner then told her to just keep quite and do her work and that im here to suport pick and pay she presumed to be rude and make rude gestures and remarks i then went to the manager \"\"frans\"\" to report my situation and her he was clearly not even bothered one bit to assist me in anyway very poor management skills this is tipical for a unknowlegeable person in a position of authority.<br> <br> I have been living in witpoortjie for 29years and have been a supporter of pick and pay since its opened i now have lost al my respect for this mismanagement branch rest asured my support will move els were"

We had a meeting with one of the managers steve at the branch(Monday) me and my fiance made a booking to have our wedding reception there. in the meeting it was clearly stated from steve that we just had to promise 40 people to be there and that we could order of the menu. The following day the owner contacted us to say we have to order of a party menu that they have witch was already not as per agreement long story short we already got all our rsvps in order based on the information steve supplied now we have to change because your staff makes promises they cant keep to. I want to have answers today this has cause us stress now unnecessary pressure and we getting married the 5th of feb i dont think my fiance needs this either if you do the math 40 people average of 500 per person its 20k and that's still bear min. You cant make us promises and say that everything will be sorted the table seating and the food and venue and we dont need to stress and now what everything is gone too dust thanks to steve and his cleaver promises and dare call me and my wife liars this is what steve said
It has been 3 weeks now with no response on my claim no assessor has been too my house the service is horrifying and i will defiantly look in moving away to another insurance broker this year i can deal with an incompatant company anymore.
I stoped paying my account with you fistly beacause you deducted more money than we agreed apon i have made two payments via EFT witch acorrding to you have never received i cant believe that an attorney firm like yours share such incompetence that you dont even know how to run your own finances then you still want to tell me what i should do. So as i have said before my access fee of my claim was given to me and it was said R3000 after i paid the 3k at florida panelbeaters i received my car 2weeks later i get contacted by jamila to say i still owe 2500 on my access still how the hell do you release my car and then after that tell me i owe money my car isit ever repaired properly boot doesn't line up my arial was stolen rubers is missing in my boot my car the section of the rear light behind it isnt even sparyed the bootlid under the cover is not sparyed this is utterly poor i am in disgrace that such poor work was delivered on my vehicle from a mutal and federal approved panel beater aka florida panelbeaters then you still want me to pay more money for something that is not fix bullshit i tell you, jamila and geno the assessor from mutual and federal told me that the access fee is R3000 jamila made a mistake to tell me that so i wont be liable for this extra 2500 ypu now claim from me and i want feed back today!!!
Today 16/03/2015 i was contacted by jamila to say that i still owe R2500 for access after i had received the quote that my access was R3000 when i took my car in to assessment centre in cresta gene-Claude mayer had a printed page from mutual federal that had also stated and confirmed that the acces is R3000 when i got to the panel beaters they also just requested me to pay R3000 and released my vehicle now one week later they request me to pay more so they people is not doing al there work. To just put the cherry on the top she added in that i had to borrow money from my dad to pay the R2500 how can you say something like that and lets really top it off she still threatened that if i dont pay by month end she will make make my dads name bad on his insurance with mutual and federal how dare she do that no one has the right to tell me to borrow money to pay or to have it paid by month end who is she to do that just because they all made faults i wont be held responsible. Al the evidence is on the voice recording you take where the told me 3times the acces is R3000 and no one said anything of the extra R2500 that now poped up pathetic
On the date i took my car in for the repairs I've read my contract within stated 12 working days my car would have been done and now its been past 12 days today i had called in to find out the progress only to find out now my vehicle is only in assembly i had to call in every 2nd day to find out about the progress so can someone please explain to me how do you say you'll call me if i had to call you???? I don't see how you are mutal and federal approved panel beaters if you can even keep me informed what's the point in paying access fees if you dont keep to your contact this is honestly a waste of money 0781764380
So I've been coming to this spur for over 6years now with this new manager i feel like never coming here again in my life after walking in the door getting no service not even greeted the manager hennry doesn't show us to a table eventually gets to the outside door walking playing on his fone its utterly disgusting sort your people out and teach them manners still after asking for the music to be put softer outside hennry still says who is crying about the music this place is turning to shit
