I bought my Mahindra S6 in 2021, brand new, reason don't want a 2nd hand bakkie with problems I will pick up later. My 3rd bakkie. 1st bakkie Isuzu, 2nd Nissan and now the Mahindra. Love the bakkie, but there overall service completely sucks. Tried a different branch, same poor service.
An absolute disgrace in there service. There sales department brilliant but when it comes to there service dept, as always, I always battle. Don't return calls or claim never received the messages. Not sure why Clinton is still working there. Love my Mahindra, but yes, the rest , no good. Will not recommend my worst anamy to them.
My Nissan NP300 went in for service last year Aug 2019. When I made the booking, I advised the service lady, MARINA, that they need to replace my console, in between the front seats. Upon collecting my bakkie, she advised that they had to order the part. To date, she, MARINA, never return my calls, always an excuse that she will follow up and yet, never return y calls. She will be the reason why I will stop with the service and to to buy any Nissan of some sort. Disgusting service,
We bought a Samsung fridge at Makro with the deal, BUY and GET not win a Domestic return flight or a week end away for 2. I have forwarded all the relevant doc's as their their e mail address [Email Removed] on the 23rd of Nov. I have contacted them on 0879437629 to confirm whether they have received my e mail with regards to the week end away on the 24th, 25th, 26 and 27th and every time I have been told they will return my call, to date have not received an calls or response to my e mail. Contact details and times I phoned them, 24th - 08h56, 25th 08h48 and 13h37, 26th 08h33 and 27th 10h53. Liezel promised me they will return call and will get team leader to contact me, Craig, all yet to no avail. Thinking this price from SAMSUN is all bogus. my ref with them 214592670
