These guys are *******.
My car was left with these guys at King Shaka Airport. The minor issue was the ****** phone charger, the major issue was the car battery was swopped. Although we have absolute proof that the the car battery was tampered with (all electronics zeroed) the owner denies that this was possible. It went down with a new Excide battery and now has an old battery of another make. Don't trust these guys.

Telkom Cresta are USELESS
11 days I started trying to port a mobile number to Telkom, and then to do a sim swop. I am yet to have a working sim, although every time I go to Cresta they tell me that it will be fine "by 19:00 tonight". Are all Telkom shops so useless or is it just Cresta?

Incompetent
Took my suitcase away to assess damage and almost 3 months later finding excuses why they can't replace it. The most incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. @Emirates Airlines are FOOLS to be using them.

Poor service
A great product, but when things go wrong their service is very poor. Pity, as this product could clean up the market, but I doubt if I would buy from them again based on my current experience.

American Express / Nedbank rewards
I have twice tried to redeem my points on a particular product, and twice been told you are out of stock. This time I was told that you will never have it in stock again - but it still appears on your web site as "available". The consultant then tried to push me into an inferior product as an alternative. Maybe you should stick to banking and leave the profesionals to do your rewards program - you are as pathetic as SAA

Late delivery and no responce
Wantitall missed the promised delivery date and were unresponsive to emails - from queries to attempts to cancel the order once it was so late that it was of no use. A first and last time for everything - I use ecommerce extensively but will never again use this incompetent bunch.
