Cell C is the worst ever, They opened a fraudulent account on my name and got me listed... when I made them aware of this and did all the needed affidavits etc, they were quick to take the account from their systems as if it never happened. denided me access to the documents, whereas I knew before they sent me documents where my account number only was fraudulently used. I am listed now on ITC as a slow payer and account in arrears which i have never had before....had an important business deal fall through and let my directors down as I was listed....until today they cannot get my name off form ITC and cannot talk to nobody in authority... best you get is 2 day later replies from social media inbox consultants keeping you on the line everyday two days
<p>I would like to in short just advise the experience I have received from BMW Club Motors Randburg. My car had a vibration around 110/115kmh and I took my car 3 times to Club Motors being turned away saying that only my wheels can cause the vibration.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 3rd return I have advised and provided them prove that I checked my wheels and done balancing and no sign of flat spots on the tires . BMW proceeded to check the vehicle and booked it in, they have loaded another set of wheels and there was still a vibration. I had to call that day as it was close to 3pm and advised this. They had no loan car for me, being the great customer I was I had called my insurance to get a courtesy car. Luckily they had a hire company around the corner from my workplace to get a car to me after their time of deliveries.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was on the 22 November 2016, My car was there for a week they were still looking for the problem. On the 28th November my courtesy car was expiring and was still told there is no loan car for me. I have attached emails between myself and Joey. I had to call BMWSA to advise I will be stranded and only then a loan car was arranged for me. Why did I have to scream at first? Then I was called to advised BMW came to see the car and advised that the Gearbox needs to be replaced, this was done, I was called to come through to BMW to be taken on a test drive. I asked is my car sorted well this could not be confirmed.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I got there my car had another set of wheels on the car. Went for the test drive and car was fine. Came back and was put on my wheels car had a vibration, after all that was replaced as attached invoice, JR the service manager advised me he cannot understand why the car is still vibrating but it comes back to my wheels. Then after this ordeal I am told to check my wheels. This was on the 15th December 2016, I made arrangements to ask if I can collect the Monday as the morning has taken time from work and that was problem too and had to have a fight again for them to hear my side. I proceed to collect my car on Monday, still unsettled that my car is still vibrating after its been at BMW for a month and major parts fitted. I asked JR if we could test my tires at Supa Quick with another set of tires before I make drastic decisions like in buy new wheels. Whilst at SupaQuick the guy there noticed that the my one wheel is low in air, which JR was advised. We then left to testing the tires as Supa Quick was busy.</p> <p> </p> <p>I collect my car wheel still deflated, I go and pump this immediately, after about two hours my wheel is deflated again. I proceed to pump this and go to a wheel shop thinking it’s a puncture and get there and discover there is a crack in my rim. I called on call this morning to tow my car to the dealership, This is over and above me having 5 nuts on one wheel and no locknut, but let me not be too petty, as that was sorted but yes it happened (attached email). Here I am felt as if I visited a backyard mechanic. But that’s the least of my worries. So today I am told at the dealership that they do not cover wheels, which I do not dispute that motorplan do not cover wheels and tires. But my car was a month at BMW and lost pressure on the wheel by them, well I was told that they won’t cover this. I am writing this mail at my desk as my car was towed this morning there and from 10:30 I did not the hear from Club Motors or BMW SA (REF: ********** 294) I am late picking up my family now as I needed again to call to have my car delivered to me?</p> <p> </p> <p>Now you tell me after a month that you guys had my car and major parts changed to be given back a car with the same issue, am I being unfair?</p> <p> </p> <p>So on the 21st DEC I get a call that the gearbox was looked at besides my vibration.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well let me say JR covered his tracks well. He saw I wasn’t impressed and made the job card to look like they picked up the gearbox as a separate matter. When my car was there they advised me a guy from BMWSA would come out to assess the car as they haven’t found the problem after changing the drive shafts etc. I was then advised that it’s the Gearbox causing the problem and it needs to be replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>So JR nicely covered up the mistake with saying they picked up a problem with the box as well in case matter is looked into. When I met JR last week Thursday he said to me he had sleepless nights with this car as when the box was fitted it still had a vibration. He evens noted that he kept replying to BMWSA that he is having trouble with the programming of the box to buy him some time as I had a service case open with BMWSA. JR further went to say if I take the car with this gearbox as I have scored a part that did not need to be replaced and have my wheels sorted myself, as if he reports that it is not the gearbox he would need to remove this box. In what day and age????</p> <p> </p> <p>When I said this to Felicity at the directors desk she just made me talk and referred back to what is on the job card. So I am thumb sucking this and the clients point of view does not matter and still proceeded in saying she will close the case as they see no fault from the dealership. Yes they will cover up a R80k mess up, dont think my boss will be happy I have an interest claim or so of this amount, read between the lines, my car was there for a vibration all the work that was done was to source the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just felt the way I was treated and to wait for a problem to be solved and after that get egg in your face that the problem is something that is outside of motorplan. Well I am sorry I am not settling for this unethical behaviour by a company with such a huge reputation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I please see you in person Ashailan to prove the above to you in person, I have a lot to prove the above. If it was my wheels as to what they advise it is why didn’t they give my car back after the first test with another set of wheels?</p> <p> </p>
<p>I was at a Tyre place on Friday sorting out a problem BMW could not identify. I will after this send the trail of my events, but the reson for this messagee today is that Club Motors Randburg had firstly left one of my lock nuts from my car, returned to have this replaced, when I needed to remove them the lock nuts would not budge...</p> <p> </p> <p>After having a list of problems or an open case I called BMWSA as the guys at CluB Motors had left early friday already. Waiting for almost two hours for On call to come fix the mess up after being promised they had dispatched a techinician and will arrive within 30-45 min. Today is the next business day no call from BMWSA, no call on Friday to find out if I was back on the road, and my car driving without lock nuts at the moment.....</p> <p> </p> <p>So tell me do you guys care???????</p>
I logged two request for them to take their money due to them, I have two references, I logged a complaint online reference for that too....If I call they will get DPP department to call, guess what no1 calls next best thing my services are cut.....Ask them should I pay no DPP will advise, now I don't pay they cut my services, I pay they decide to debit my account.....The way I feel they can come take their explora...send a sms for a new account they call within a hour...I want to give you guys money for Petes sake....should I call again and run up my airtime account by the time I am done I would have spent R2000.00 on calls.....service is much bigger then the storage size you have on your explora...I would rather do with my small old DSD decoder I ad before and not hear from you guys and pay what I need too......
