Quality car service, professional and accurate communication
I took my Lexus for a service here for the first time. The service advisor Mrs Hepworth is very knowledgeable and helpful. The car service was done professionally and with a quality I would expect when I think of the Lexus brand. The communication was timely and accurate. Recommend!

Very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff
There is lots of room in the aisles, beautiful kitchen fixtures, big assortment of items in each category. I enjoy shopping here. While checking out I did not know if I had a membership card. It appeared I did, and the staff member was very helpful to give a refund on an item that was cheaper because of it. I am very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff!

Professional and accurate staff, and the cheapest car insurance
Dealing with agent Ntsundeni to get new car insurance was very pleasant and I got all relevant information to make an informed decision. Because of the competitive premiums, I chose Pineapple to insure both cars with comprehensive insurance.

The perfect and easy way to do your tax returns
I am very impressed with taxtim! - you get clear prompts to enter the right data - your entire return is checked thoroughly; - you get an estimate of the tax refund I can expect, and you can go back and make changes, run the numbers again. - the submission to SARS is very very easy: one click. - you get updates on SARS’ response.

First visit is very promising, I will return
I never visited LM before, and I was pleasantly surprised. How did I miss this home / hardware store? They have a wide selection of items and competitive prices. The Little Falls store is spacious and the staff is helpful. I enjoyed this first time visit, and will definitely return!

The second time I am less impressed with their service
The second time I am less impressed with their service. I discovered that an important condition (the presence of a thatched lapa) was not mentioned on the policy after I had discussed it with the agent, Katlego, who assured me it was on the policy but not a problem. When I found out and called King Price, they told me that the house cannot be insured when a lapa is less than 5 metres from the house. I had to cancel my policy because KP cannot insure my house. That was a big disappointment. This is a serious mistake on the part of the agent, and if I had not checked the policy, I would have believed his assurance but I would not have been covered.

On top of that, he sent me a quote immediately when I indicated I wanted to compared different options, without trying to push insurance on me. I appreciate his service very much!
