Avoid this man and his low grade Malawian furniture like the plague! We bought and received 4 chairs of the poorest quality. The arm rests and parts of the legs had been glued together and started coming apart within a week. He promised to replace all four. Never pitched up after multiple promises, messages and calls. Pretty disappointing, as we like to support entrepreneurs. Lesson learnt. Stay away from him! He will **** you from the get-go and you will be stuck with his reject chairs. Karma will deal with him..
We booked a wine tasting and charcuterie for two at Ken Forrester Wines on Saturday afternoon. No confirmation was sent via email and we had to phone to ensure we actually had a booking. Not entirely sure why this was necessary as it was by no means busy... The owner and three more people walked in an seated themselves near us in the wine lounge, conducting what looked like a business meeting. We were talking to the ladies at another nearby table, when the owner of the wine farm abruptly turned around glaring at us and with a hand gesture, indicated that we should be quiet! I was incredulous at the pompous audacity of this rude man. If we, as paying patrons and guests of your establishment, were bothering you with our happy chatter, you should've been in your office. We cancelled our charcuterie board and left. The lovely wine unfortunately left a bitter taste in our mouths. Instead of treating guests with this level of arrogance and disdain, attention should be given to the outdated and boring interiors instead. With many upmarket wine farms, serving more exquisite wines and offering warm guest experiences to choose from, we will never visit Ken Forrester Wines again. We will not recommend it to any of our overseas friends and colleagues either. On the contrary...
Such a fabulous experience, walking into the Stellenbosch Campus, being greeted by not one, but numerous friendly staff members, as well as the Director. We met one of the lecturers, Adam, who was kind, gentle, super helpful and just an absolute joy to speak to. If we had any doubts whether my daughter was in the right place, these were quickly dispelled by his genuine interest and passion for the work he does at Inscape. He truly validated our decision and we left reassured that we were exactly where we belonged..
Avoid dealing with these ****mers! They are also known as 'The Lawn Shop', 'Lawn Care', 'My Lawn Shop', and 'Lawn Care Company.' This in itself should raise a red flag. My mom bought garden supplies from them, worth R3800. Free shipping nationwide and speedy delivery were guaranteed. We then received a verification request from DHL, which we completed. Thereafter, we received numerous requests for an additional payment of almost R1000 for delivery, as well as import duties and tax. According to their website, this company is based in Johannesburg. It turns out they are in Taiwan. I consulted Hello Peter and read one after the other poor reviews and warnings. We've been left with a pending ***** case and a disillusioned shopping experience. PLEASE do not deal with these *****sters!

What a pity I had to award this incompetent company a star. Rude and unfriendly service is what you can expect IF you are lucky enough to get hold of anyone. The left hand and the right have long since stopped communicating over there. I won't recommend them to my worst enemy.
