Please stay away they are good until you have to claim. One of the worst experiences I've had with a business. They operate more like a pyramid scheme than a legal advisory business will do anything to try avoid a claim

I bought a LG sound system from We buy furniture for R3200 plus R1200 for delivery and they sold me a broken sound system with damaged speakers and a damaged amplifier. Never buy electronics from these guys, a bunch of ****** with questionable business practices. They advertise something and you get something totally different when goods are dilivered
I wanted to check why software malfunction is not covered with my cellphone policy but the policy schedule does not have information on what is covered and exclusions
Am very disappointed in how you people do business.In July 2019 I phoned requesting to cancel my policy and move to another insurer and was transferred to retention and made all kinds of promises.I stayed and believed it was to my best interest.But little did I know I was dealing with unethical people. I lodged a claim yesterday for a minor accident and am being told the agreed excess of R5000 has now ballooned to R8000.My reason for leaving in the first place was to avoid paying ridiculous amounts in insurance. The argument by your consultant that it appears on the document is flawed since the verbal agreement was the bases for the written contract.We can't agree on something verbally and than you go behind my back and sneak in a small additional charge. If we can't agree on the R5000 please cancel the claim (C1130510) as well as my cover. Thanks
On the 16th March 2018 i went and purchased a LUK service kit for a VW Citi golf at Mohameds Midas in Newcastle.On the following day i took the kit back for a refund as i no longer needed the kit.But to my surprise i was told they do not offer refunds but instead i was to be offered a voucher to use within the store for an amount equal to my refund.I find this improper and inconsistent with the application of the CPA as i would have expected maybe to be charged a reasonable handling fee.These guys are in contravention of law and proudly display their contempt of the act by including this no refund policy on their slips. The attitude of the manager was appalling , unprofessional and borderline thuggish.The guy refused to give me his name and came up with all manner of excuses why they couldn't refund me my money. I think it is regrettable that a well established company like Midas would allow a franchise license holder to operate his store like a ****ashop
