I have been with FNB for years , i also have funeral policies , due to the current situation, my account is always in arrears and i aske d FNB funeral to at least debit their premium from my FNB credit card account, they responded talking about something totally different,they still haven't done it and am afraid my policy might be cancelled after paying it my whole life, i couldn't even get hold of them as their call centre is short staffed . what am i expected to do, i think the bank is kicking the horse that is down, am down just like most people.
I have been having a problem with an unauthorised debit order for months now, last month i wrote a review here and FNB promised to phone me to sort this out for me , to my surprise the very same debit order i have queried last month and cancelled has debited my account, what type of service is this one where our money is not safe? i am thinking of closing my FNB account and cancel all the account and policies which i had for more than 20 years with them, i cant go on like this , FNB failed me not once but many times .
I have a debit orderthats been running form my account for months now itincreases every month, it started at R358 , R1174, this month is R1400 , i queried with FNB fraud and they did not help much as i was told they cant stop the debit order, that was after holding for a n hour, if hat is the case does it mean that i have to change banks? the debit order is causing a huge financial stress on my side at this time as i have no income coming through , its taking Social grant money that is meant for my kids, i didn't think this fair. within few hours the bank will be sending me sms telling me that my account is in arrears, how do they allow the debit order to run whilst there is no money . when i call the number for the company debiting my account, it just rings meaning its a scam . It means that my money is not safe with FNB
i have an account with this company which i have been paying weekly with no problems , i was told that when am half way my payment i can get more, in the next 21 days we all know that things will be bad, so i asked them to rather re-loan me instead of me skipping payments, as my business will be slow , they told me that i will over-in debt the business,this is the period i wanted them most so that i can have a financial stability, i was soo dissapointed with the service as they have been going on and on advertising that they are there to help us during the Covid19.
I have been using this company to claim for my UIF FOR ALL MY 3 KIDS, THE SEVICE IS 5 STAR, i have never had to lay my foot nor communicate with labour department. Keep it up ladies
Hi all I have been an fnb client for a while now, last year I asked that my two liquid accounts be closed , sizable sent an email to my banker who is palesa, she never responded, the reason i emailed sjbahle is because she is the one who always respond to my queries though she is not only nominated banker, palesa hardly talks to me, the only time she does is when she is sending promo emails, today am in a big financial mess whereby i need to ask that my personal loan, revolving loan, smart spend loan,overdrafts be consolidated so that I can pay better interest as I noticed that am spending too much on interests alone, whereas all those accounts are from one bank, . Can someone look at that and get back to me. I dont want to be a bad payer. I just want an offer to pay better. but my so called bank is not helping me in anyway, all they want is my money .
Iam so disgusted with this hotel, the service is very poor, waiters take forever to attend to you and the food is terrible, when you go to winneescircle( gambling) ,this institution's main aim is to take from the poor ai that they remain poorer, I have played gambling in quite a lot of hotels but i have never seen something like this, their jackpots dont get won, for you to get a free spin on a machine it's a mission, if you happen to get one , it won't pay. You must visit and see the poor people sitting outside stranded with no food cause once they see that you have lost all your money, they will tell you that you cant buy food using your promotional points as they are offline, they treat gamblers like hobos, for the past 3 weeks they have been serving people warm water in this heat claiming their ice crashes are not working? I mean really? Where is the money they are taking from the gamblers, they are forgetting that there is no salary without those people, this hotel must be closed down it does not deserve the license as its crippling the poor people of venda, they must also be sued for false advertising.anyone thinking of visiting this stupid so called hotel, stay away, go somewhere else or visit sun international and enjoy your money there. This is no longer a hotel, it's a shack or hell
I applied for business finance at lulalend on the 20th december, I was just trying to see if this is real, the service I received after requesting for quote was outstanding, they called me and email to give me feedback, I was the one who delayed buy not sending them correct bank statement, today they approved and paid my money, the service is paperless, everything is done electronically, their interest is close to nothing, their agents are full of life and they assisted me all through the way, even when you call you do not stay on the line for more than a minute, I could not believe myself, I will refer them to every business I know.
my mom has a funeral policy with old mutual since july 2015, they have been deducting her account from her old pension money since then, in the past two months she did not receive an sms to notify her of the deduction, we tried to call them to no avail, they dont answer the phones, i sent them an email still nothing, do you think we can trust them in the time of need? they are not reliable so am afraid we will be left stranded when we need them most
i have been with my way insurance for donkey years, i think 10yeas this year , they have been so kind , efficient and the premiums are soo reasonable, i have 3 cars now both insured by my favourite company, today i was assisted by Mduduzi makhathini so that can also insure my phones, he took away the stress i had and negotiated a good premium , what will i do without MIWAY?i love you guts, keep up the good wor****
