The worst ISP ever, took 4 months to install ont on an already existing line. Took another week for the router which i had to drive to go fetch at Rivonia. Took 4 people to try and sort connectivity to no avail. Account debitted R690 for service that is not active. These people are *****s and do not deserve the support being given to them. Im canceling this entire facade
You handed me over to MBD for owing R2.8K on my bank account, on the same breath you are keeping R16K of mine in your possession. I am unemployed so how will i pay your due if you don't want to release my funds? This is nonsensical.
Yuvna, i never said deduct from my provident. I said allow me to withdraw the little amount left so i can pay my discovery amounts then this matter will the rest. What's the point of withholding a very small amount for the next ten years whereas there are debts that an unemployed person must service now? That's the jest of my request and i trust you will find this request in order.
You're listing me for owing a small amount on my cards but you are withholding my provident funds according to some retirement laws. This is nonsensical. Release the small funds and deduct all monies owed, that's the most convenient resolution for everyone.
How is it possible that Discovery bank willingly transfer funds in between accounts without prior authorization from account holder? Are we that exposed in our accounts by being part of this bank? I have never witnessed such in my entire existence where different accounts are internally controlled by someone inside the bank and they transact on your behalf without your consent. I will definitely take this up, worst service ever.
Called at 11h30am asking why am I charged R2.2k subscription. Lady put me on hold for an hour without saying anything, she then ultimately ended the call and never bothered to contact me back. This isbthe worst service ever, I need that recording and that lady's name. Gibberish service this is
Logged a claim and repair done were sub-standard, been trying to engage the insurer regarding this matter and they just do not care because the client is elderly and stays alone. Its been two weeks now since their assessor came to take pictures of the sub standard service done and the leaking pipes inside the walls, to date no response received. Guess the next step will be the media cause clearly pensioners are treated differently from the rest her.
Worst service from an *********** Xolani . Compact activated on my premium plan, Xolani doesn't know by who. Requested cancellation and refund, told to submit certified ID, bank statement, proof of account heeey, ***, you debit my account and then tell me all that isshhh. This Xolani argued that the compact had been there on my plan without even confirming. Had to teach him to first look and search for information before arguing. Extremely *********** consultant with zero customer skills. Worst i've ever encountered yeeer.
Had a theft of copper pipes that ferried water from my water tank to the geyser, Miway replaced this with very small plastic pipes which can hardly transport water in between. Installation was so shambolic that the pipes are just hanging all over my walls. To make matters worse there's a leak in between my bedroom and bathroom walls, my house can fall at anytime. I've complained for 2 years and Miway turned a blind just because I'm a pensioner and there's nothing I can do. I pay my premium monthly without a fail whilst being charged a normal premium and not as a pensioner. Is this how Miway treat the elderly? I've never witnessed such below par service, hope Burton can see and attend to this. Claim C1695195.
