I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by MWEB ISP. Despite clearing the activation costs on Wednesday, the 23rd, I have yet to receive any confirmation. Registering on the app has proven futile, as it does not reflect my order in the system. The initial sales team made several promises that have not been fulfilled. Moreover, the current sales representatives are vague and unable to provide concrete answers. The process of reaching out for assistance is frustrating and inefficient; you are required to hold for a call agent and submit all your details while waiting. Upon finally connecting with a sales person after a 17-minute call and a 15-minute wait, the rep was unable to offer any help. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I would not recommend MWEB ISP based on my experience.
No Stars, this is now month 2, repeated calls from a finance department who cant process a debit order, you tell me my account is UpToDate, then you ask if I've verified the debit order, which was done two months ago. Please stop wasting my time and sort out your finance department
As a new client, you get a phone call (Spam) saying my account is in arrears and services suspended. All debit orders were approved. Now I need to pay today, and that they invoiced too late and the debit didn't go through, now its my issue. Then they expect me to pay extra to re submit the debit order? Really
Don't get personal insurance with this company, after been a long standing customer I did a benchmarking exercise, massively overcharged. Very outdated processes and systems, slow response rate, they were content to lose a customer, didn't even get a phone call. Other insurers rep**** in 10min with a quote and a call back, they took 2 days to reply with a counter quote. The JHB branch has such apathy. There is no benefit for the customer or customer service. NOT efficient at all.
Bad service, over charged my account for 2 years, waiting for a refund. Not worried to lose a customer. In the time they took to revert back to me I had already move to a better tracking company with more features and benefits. Do your homework. You pay for what you get, nothing.
zero stars, bad communication, empty promises into week 14 and still waiting
