I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance Saadiyah from client services gave me a great service!
I called in requesting a balance on my accounts, on the 8th Feb I received an email qouting me the settlement amount and the discounts applied, valid until 28 Feb 2023. I made payment on the 18th Feb 2023 as per email. In the week that followed I was hounded by Capital data MBD and Newtons Attorney agents calling me demanding payment. I have informed them that I did make payment and provded proof of payment. In the weeks that followed and to date I am still receiving calls demanding payment. I spoke to Nazeera, whom I explained the story to again last week and she asked me to send an email to Samantha, apparently Samantha deals with these sort of queries. Samantha has still not contacted me yet I am getting calls still demanding payment. I need Fichoice to sort out my issue and send me a paid up letter confirmig that the account has been closed and settled.

I have updated, called and sent several emails to debt busters to change my cellphone number and to make arrangements to pay and close the account sooner, everytime I call I am told that an agent/consultant will call me shortly to finalise but they dont call and respond that I am not avaiable yet I have on so many occassions on email, call and on their smartcents platform updated my cellphone number, I suspect they dont want me to get off debt counselling so that they can keep on milking me. Their communcation is very poor. I have to resort to this platform or the NCR to get a response from them. It's not fair
I placed and paid for my order on the 24 Feb 2022, I have not recieved the parcel, everytime I call and make follow up I'm told it's coming tomorrow. I've asked for a refund and they're ignoring me. Do better Wukina, refund me so that I can refund my client ASAP. You've clearly scammed me out of money yet again 💔 I hope Black women stop doing business with you for good. If this is how you treat your customers your business doesn't have a future in South Africa.
I would like to get assistance on my debt review. I went on debt review in Jauary 2020, in January 2021 I was retrenched. I was asked to provide monthly police affidavit to declare my unemployment status, all of which I did. Now one of my creditors informed me that the debt counsellor has not being paying them, I requested the debt counsellor to advice as to where the money was going to and they couldn't account for it. I want out of the debt review process because when I signed up with them it was on the premise that they will pay all my listed debts as per agreement and they are not coming on board and being honest about what is happening. I have been ignored every time I raise the matter. I am a Black South Africa woman who is unemployed and go into an agreement with the Debt Busters SA under the impression that |I will get help.
I was scammed by debt busters and now they're reporting that my reviews are offensive. I had detailed my complaint without using any foul or derogatory language yet they flagged it as offensive and it was removed. Another way to try to shut me up about how they conned and scammed me out of money. This is absolutely infuriating. They will have to kill me and my family if they think I will keep quiet forever. I'll publish the abuse on every media platform as well as the attempt to mute me. Muting me doesn't change the fact that you have conned and scammed me and possibly many others.
I have been on debt review with Debt busters since January 2020. I had been paying all my installments religiously and on time. In January 2021, I was retrenched. I then submitted a claim under credit life insurance and it was successful. Debt Busters did not approve the claim immediately and subjected me to many unanswered calls and emails and frustration. After complaining on their entire platforms, email, online, smart-cents platform and on the telephone (all of which were ignored) and eventually on Hellopeter they then confirmed that they will pay my installments as per the debt review arrangement. They paid but did not pay Nedbank and African Bank, I was harassed by these creditors to no end and also harassed by debt busters demanding an installment debit order even though a retrenchment claim had been approved and have proof on email. I was told that they creditors were paid and they even sent me fraudulent proofs of payment via PDA Hyphen, on the Hyphen statement these creditors appear to be paid. Today, they (debt busters) sent me an email that my debt review with Nedbank has been terminated, yet debt busters does not account about the funds that appear as paid on the Hyphen statement. My recourse to the complaint would be for debt busters to send me a detailed proof of payment from all my creditors, I need proof in accounts used to pay to the creditors as well as dates and reference numbers, I also need for Debt busters to terminate our relationship as it does not work according to the agreement as they have failed to keep their end of the deal and have continuously failed me as a Black financially destressed woman. I would like the debt review tag to be removed entirely on my name and I want them to refund me all the “service costs” as the services was not rendered as per the agreement. I do not have all my documents as everything was done telephonically. Debt busters are difficult to reach as they do not answer their telephones and hardly respond to emails, if and when they do it’s after a prolonged time. This I find to be unfair and unlawful. I want our agreement terminated and all service fees refunded.
