Placed an order for the office a week ago, order was supposed to arrive last Thursday and every time I call they say they're escalating to Makro Germiston (who are 4km from us) and nothing else happens. Where is my order?
Delivery used to come with a Tax invoice and I used to be able to download my invoice off their website. System has been changed and no invoice arrives with the delivery and I can't download an invoice. They e-mail an 'invoice' that is literally just an e-mail that you can't download/print as an invoice. Main problem is our company VAT number isn't on the 'invoice' which is a SARS requirement. I have phoned 4 times in the past week. Asked for a supervisor today and Zayaan said she will be referring my query to the finance department and will get back to me today, she didn’t and I got an e-mail to say my reference (1003893525) had been completed. Still don’t have a valid tax invoice??
Staff was friendly and the takeaway pasta was good but ordered chicken alfredo and got ham instead. My Dad doesn't eat ham so he had to have the tomato pasta and I had to have the ham. Sent an e-mail to info@lupaballito.co.za and got no response and then sent one directly to verge@lupalinksfield.co.za and got no response either.

Was supposed to receive a refund as per e-mail sent from Makro (# 01820213) on the 17/03/22. Still have not received it, after a ridiculous amount of e-mails I was finally told it's been refunded to an online wallet (do not know what that is and don't want to use it), we have always been refunded back to the credit card. I need this changed and all my e-mails are being ignored. Even the Makro HO Online Finance team is ignoring my requests. Please can someone do something?
I ordered (MAK2430115) TEN days BEFORE lockdown, delivery should have been made before lockdown. I then got a mail on the 9th April saying that my order had been dispatched. Delivery has not been made, my mails are ignored and if you're lucky enough to get through on their phone number someone tells you they will look into it and call you back but no one does. Every day I get a mail saying I can order online but I haven't even got my order form the 16th March!!
I placed an order for our Christmas party in the morning on the 21st of November. Delivery time was 2-5 days. It's now the day before the party and I have been phoning constantly and e-mailing and no one will tell me if my order is going to get here in time. I just need to know if I'm not going to get it so I can get a refund and buy my goods elsewhere. Please urgently advise?

I have now sent through 4 requests on a claim (initial e-mail dating back to 5 October), last one was sent to [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] and not a single person from any of these departments has bothered to respond. If I've run out of Dr's appointments for the year then take the 60 seconds to write that down in an e-mail, don't completely ignore me. On the 9th of June I changed my plan, later that afternoon I realised that I could have picked a much better plan for just a little extra. Was told Vodacom couldn't change my plan and that it was too late (their systems didn't allow for a change?!?). I complained and was told not to worry in 3 months I could migrate my plan to what I wanted without any additional costs. Guess what, 3 months later and the plan is no longer available, must have been a special. In the meantime my sister and co-workers are getting buy one get one free data deals at MTN for MONTHS and MONTHS. Feel like an idiot for being loyal to Vodacom!
I didn't want to complain as I have mostly had amazing service from Takealot, but it's been a week and apparently the service is only good if things go according to plan. If something goes wrong you get lies and empty promises. My parcel was supposed to be delivered Friday the 24th before 3. Didn't arrive, got a message over the weekend to say it would arrive on Monday the 27th before 3 - it didn't arrive. Since then I have been contacting Takealot and their courier company Mr Delivery on a daily basis, with promises that my parcel would be deliver by 12 or 3 or before close of business. I was told they had trouble delivering the item as they could not get hold of me, I was also told that the driver was close but since my company was closing they'd deliver the next day. Imagine my surprise when Mr Delivery finally told the truth and said they don't have the parcels. I've told Takealot that Mr Delivery doesn't even have the parcel and my reply e-mail was the courier company will be delivering my parcel today. Phoned Mr Delivery they don't have the parcel! So everyone is lying to me, it's a week later and I don't have my parcel! Stuck in the middle with no help!
