Best Customer Service
I would like to Thank Ansie \ sorry if i spells the name wrong and the other two ladies she works with, including all workers at Ford Fury Midrand. they so kind with Customers.<br> <br> I took my Car for Rubber door that came out , Ansie ordered a new one for my Ford Focus, which i took it to other Ford previously and i assume they putted glue and few weeks later it will come out. however at Midrand they treated me right, washed my car and cleaned it accordingly , im so very happy with your Service , i felt like im the only one who bought my Focus LOL. keep up the Good Work. "

Empty Promises and BAD SERVICE
I have spoken to Koena Masombuka , i asked him to downgrade my package from the 1st of Jan 2016 to easy view, he said i need to pay amount of R 125.74, i paid R137.00 to my account so that i shouldn't experience any disconnection. when i called to check the status of my package i think i spoke to Precious or some lady i spoke to, she told me that Koena did not change my package, why did he said i must pay that amount and not change the package? can you please change that package to easy view. i did paid.

I just want to share the Fantastic day i had with Exceptional Customer Service I got from Itumeleng at Dischem in Makeup site.<br> She was so kind and patient with me, I got out of the Store Happy and I would have bought wrong Makeup if was not because of her advises and help.<br> She knows all the products very well, I'm so impressed . <br>

Bad Experience with the insurance & the assessor
I putted a claim for mirror and scratch by the bumber , as per assessor my claim is impossible and according to him only the mirror can be fixed , he is so rude with clients, shouting on email and how on earth is it not possible to break a mirror and when reversing have a scratch at the back coz clearly yo cant see, how ever Yashna has been helpful since its just the assessor . it is said that my policy is with Hollard, when i call Hollard and give them my ID or policy number they say they do not a Client like me! i mean what is going on!?<br>
