They are unprofessional. The lady that answer's the calls is so unprofessional. Seems like she is busy dying. For them to send the release note to the insurance to pay the poor Panelbeater that has done such a good job on my wife's vehicle, it takes two week's. Fisrt they cut the price on the quote after they approved the quote and amount and gave the Panelbeater the go ahead to repair my wife's car. Once the car was repaired then they took R5000.00 of the approved quote. Don't know why but all they say that's the way they work. You give the go ahead with the amount that was approved and then still have to take a R5000.00 knock. All the invoices for the part's was sent to them. Then it takes two week's fighting to get them to send the insurance the go ahead to pay the Panelbeater. They are unprofessional and i will never allow them to come near my car's and i hope people take this as a serious matter because you going to land up in an accident then having to fight for what was approved. Likely not have your car repaired. Don't use ARC INDEPENDED ACCESSORS

Unethical and unprofessional. After reviewing an assessment 4 times due to what seems to be an inexperienced assessor, Sean, their manager Gary seems to be just as behind by implying that work be done for free. Furthermore, they request a vehicle be delivered to a customer without a rear bumper corner and that the insurance will pay the client out the R700 odd rand. What kind of fly by night company would allow a vehicle to be delivered without a bumper corner to a customer????? Shocking and unacceptable!

Unethical and unprofessional. What kind of fly by night company would allow a vehicle to be delivered without a bumper corner to a customer????? Shocking and unacceptable!

<p>I was unfortunate to have had an accident in my vehicle. My misfortune came to an end when my insurane broker chose to refer me to ARC in Menlyn. They were friendly - Roeloff did the quote. They ordered the parts and let me know when they were ready to begin repairs. Throughout the process they let me know exactly how the repairs were progressing. In ten days they let me know that the vehicle was ready to collect, whereas they prepared me to wait for 21 days. The vehicle is PERFECT. I parked the Avis car on their property. Avis fetch it from them and I drove off in my perfectly repaired vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>All accolades to them. This kind of service is unknown.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you all at Silverlakes ARC, Menlyn</p>

I putted a claim for mirror and scratch by the bumber , as per assessor my claim is impossible and according to him only the mirror can be fixed , he is so rude with clients, shouting on email and how on earth is it not possible to break a mirror and when reversing have a scratch at the back coz clearly yo cant see, how ever Yashna has been helpful since its just the assessor . it is said that my policy is with Hollard, when i call Hollard and give them my ID or policy number they say they do not a Client like me! i mean what is going on!?<br>
