I am extremely disappointed with PayJustNow’s customer support and escalation process. I logged a formal support ticket with PayJustNow (Ticket #53555938) regarding a transaction where a merchant failed to deliver goods and became completely unresponsive. Despite providing all required information and following PayJustNow’s processes, I have not received any direct communication, meaningful update, or resolution from their support team to date. My interactions with PayJustNow have consisted of: Repeated chats and follow-ups Generic responses stating that the matter has been “escalated to the merchant team” No timelines, no feedback, and no accountability No proactive contact from PayJustNow support after the ticket was logged As of today, no PayJustNow support agent has contacted me to discuss the issue, explain the process, or provide a clear outcome. This level of silence is unacceptable for a payment platform responsible for facilitating consumer transactions. What is particularly concerning is that PayJustNow continues to enable and process payments, yet appears unable or unwilling to provide effective post-transaction support when a dispute arises. The lack of communication leaves consumers stranded, uncertain, and out of pocket. A review of PayJustNow’s HelloPeter profile suggests that my experience is not isolated, with many other consumers reporting similar issues around slow responses, unresolved escalations, and poor communication. What I expect from PayJustNow: Direct communication from a competent support agent A clear explanation of the status of Ticket #53555938 Defined timelines for resolution Accountability for how disputes are handled going forward This complaint is not about attacking the company — it is about highlighting a serious breakdown in customer support and escalation handling. Consumers deserve transparency and timely communication, especially when payments have already been processed.
I am posting this complaint as a serious consumer warning. This situation starts with the irresponsibility of PriceCheck, a platform I trusted to advertise legitimate and reputable businesses. Through PriceCheck, I was directed to an online store called techtreksa.store, which appeared credible and professional. On 19 December 2025, I placed an order with Techtreksa and paid in full using PayJustNow. After payment, everything went silent. Techtreksa: Has not delivered any goods Has provided no tracking information Does not answer their listed call-centre number Does not reply to emails Operates a pretend “customer care” chat system where messages are accepted but never answered Lists a physical address with no street number, making it impossible to verify or locate the business PayJustNow: Enabled and processed the transaction on their payment platform Was informed that the merchant is non-responsive and has not delivered goods Has provided no meaningful response, refund, or clear timeline Repeatedly states the matter is “escalated to the merchant team” with no accountability or outcome I am now left out of pocket with radio silence from both the merchant and the payment provider. Findings after payment: After the transaction, I conducted my own investigation and uncovered multiple serious red flags: Numerous public complaints from other consumers reporting the same experience: payment made, no delivery, and no communication WHOIS records show that techtreksa.store was re-registered on 23 December 2024, meaning the domain was newly active at the time of my purchase The current operator’s identity is completely hidden (“Data Protected”), with no verifiable business name, directors, or physical address The domain has multiple transfer and update restrictions, which are commonly associated with disputes or abuse complaints The store relies on credibility signals that do not function in reality, including an unanswered call-centre number, a non-responsive chatbot, and an unverifiable address These findings indicate high-risk and deceptive trading behaviour. PriceCheck should never have allowed this store to be advertised on their platform, and PayJustNow should never have enabled payments for a merchant that cannot be verified and fails to deliver goods. Together, they created a false sense of trust that directly resulted in my financial loss. ⚠️ Warning to other consumers: Do NOT buy from techtreksa.store. Do not assume that a store advertised on PriceCheck or enabled by PayJustNow is legitimate. Verify independently before paying — I learned this the hard way. This complaint is intended to warn the public and prevent further victims, not just to recover my own funds.

Findings after payment: Regrettably, after the transaction, I conducted my own investigation and discovered multiple serious red flags: Numerous public complaints from other consumers reporting the same experience: payment taken, no delivery, no communication WHOIS records show that techtreksa.store was re-registered on 23 December 2024, which indicates the domain was newly set up The current operator’s identity is completely hidden (“Data Protected”), with no verifiable business name, directors, or physical address The domain has multiple transfer and update restrictions, commonly associated with abuse complaints or disputes The store uses **** credibility signals such as an unanswered call-centre number, a non-responsive chatbot, and an unverifiable address These are classic indicators of a **** operation. PriceCheck should never have allowed this store to be advertised on their platform, and PayJustNow should never have enabled payments without proper merchant oversight. Together, they created a false sense of trust that directly resulted in my financial loss. ⚠️ Warning to other consumers: Do NOT buy from techtreksa.store. I am extremely disappointed in PriceCheck and the lack of responsibility they take for the businesses listed on their platform. I trusted PriceCheck as a reputable price-comparison website that lists legitimate retailers. Unfortunately, that trust directly resulted in me being ****med. Through PriceCheck, I was directed to techtreksa.store, a store that appeared to be a normal, legitimate online retailer. I placed an order and paid in full. After payment, the store went completely silent — no delivery, no tracking, no response to emails or calls. Only after losing my money did I discover that techtreksa.store has numerous complaints online, with many customers reporting the exact same experience: payment taken, no delivery, and no communication. This clearly indicates a pattern of **** behaviour. The most concerning part is that PriceCheck allows stores like techtreksa.store to be listed without proper vetting or warnings. This creates a false sense of trust for consumers and turns the platform into a breeding ground for ****mers, who can easily attract unsuspecting buyers and disappear with their money. PriceCheck may claim to be “just a listing platform,” but when you profit from directing consumers to sellers, you carry a responsibility to ensure those sellers are legitimate. Because of this experience, I no longer trust PriceCheck and would strongly warn other consumers: do your own verification and do not assume PriceCheck-listed stores are reputable.
So, I bought a Kylin 2 mini RTA from Capital Vapes Randburg yesterday. The atomiser does not fire on my mod, which is a Vandyvape swell mod. I went back to the shop today, and we tested another Kylin mini RTA 2 on my mod and it worked, so something is definitely not right with the one I bought. The shop did not want to do a swap out, or a refund now I sit with the problem. This is unacceptable customer service. I will take this further with the national consumer commission.
