I purchased a brand new washing machine on 6 May 2022. It was delivered on 7 May 2022. The installation was done 100% according to the instructions in the book. The machine was making a noise while it was off (power was on). The drum clean was done and still the machine was making a noise. I tried a wash cycle - the machine let the water in and that was it it did not want to wash. I brought this to the attention of Makro and they put me in contact with Mastercare to have the machine assessed and fixed at my premises. Today, 12 May 2022 and after numerous emails and calls, Mastercare is still to come to assess the machine. I feel that if I purchased a new machine, why must it be repaired in order for me to use it. It should be in 100% working condition. The least Makro could do was to replace the machine immediately, but now I am waiting to have it fixed. There is something wrong with this and I am not happy about it. I have paid for a new machine and expect it to work first time. In the meantime I have been inconvenienced for 5 days as I am not able to do my washing.

Since June 2015 I have been logging calls to have my service repaired (I have fortunately kept all sms's).<br> <br> Each time someone does come out to attend to the problem, it is only resolved for about 12 hours.<br> <br> We have a 4MB line and most of the time we have only been able to use 0,6 MB speed.<br> <br> The service is intermittent, non existent and very slow. (I have kept screen prints of the speed tests done on various days). <br> <br> I am extremely dissatisfied with this type of service and question why I must pay for a 100% service rendered since June 2015. I would like to be reimbursed for this bad service.
On 01.02.2015 I sent an email to [Email Removed] after noticing that I have been receiving sms's regarding charges for a garage card and after perusing my statements, I have noticed with shock that I have been paying this for quite some time. I have asked ABSA to forward me proof of when I signed for and received my garage card. I have not had a garage card for at least 5 years. I asked that all monies, including the necessary interest charged to be reimbursed to me.<br> On 10.02.2015 I received the following reply. We refer to your complaint received from Absa Actionline on 6 February 2015, regarding the Garage card. Please be advised that the credit card application was done on 23 June 2009 via the internet, where the Garage card was also order as per your instruction. Kindly take note that the Garage Card was selected when the application was completed online. When a credit card is done online or telephonically, and the client accepts the quote this will then be the signature on the application. With the above said, please can you advise us should you wish to cancel the Garage Card. We trust the above to be in order. All i wanted was proof and a repayment ?????<br>
