I have been trying to get someone from Standard Bank Insurance to send a contractor out for water damage since 30 September 2022. I have logged a claim online, phoned, sent emails and tried phoning again. No one is coming back to me! I am sitting with a pipe that is leaking in my house and causing further damage and I can't get Standard Bank Insurance to even send out a contractor! How long will it take after a contractor was here to repair the damage if it takes them well over a week to get a contractor to me?!
I reported slow fibre speed to Vodacom 14 Feb 2022. I received a service request nr S220214-638668. To date this issue still hasn't been resolved! I pay for a 20G line and is currently getting 1.5. No one seems to be able to give me answers as to when a technician will be coming out to sort this out. This is unacceptable! Their excuse remains Nokia needs to dispatch technicians, but I don't have a contract with Nokia, I have a contract with Vodacom! Take responsibility for your service I am paying for Vodacom!
I found all my bill was a lot higher than it was supposed to be. When I investigated I found that I had been subscribed to DATASMS HOTPRIME without my knowledge or consent. I have now unsubscribed and blocked subscriptions, but I want know how this is possible. It is entirely unacceptable that I be subscribed with my consent to the subscription and robbed of my airtime. I phoned Cell C and they refuse the reverse the charges! This is not acceptable!!
I made an online booking with Ster-kinekor. I had the date wrong and immediately sent them an email to try to refund the booking. They asked me for some information in order to process the refund which I sent to them and asked for confirmation that they received it and to let me know if they need anything else. I haven't heard back from them ever since. I sent 4 emails after the original email. I phoned once and they assured me that the refund will be processed within a week. I is now 3 weeks later - no reply from my emails, no refund! They are happy to take your money for a booking, but try to get a refund...it seems to be impossible!
<p>I requested a premature cancellation for my contract on 3 February 2017. They sent me the quotation after the phone call. As it was a R0.00 quote and no payment needed to be made, I signed it and sent it back to them on Monday 6 February. On Tuesday I phoned to make sure they recevied the paperwork. THey confirmed that they did. On Thursday I phoned again, I spoke to Thando. I wanted to find out when the number will go over on pre-paid so that I know when I need to take out another contract(I am moving to Cell C). She said that it will be either on Firday 10 February or Monday 13 February. But if I wish to I can switch off my phone for 3 hours for immediate cancellation( I have recorded this phone call - so don't even try to tell me that you didn't say this to me!!!). I said to her I will wait until Friday or Monday. I phoned today to find out when it will happen and all of a sudden they haven't received the paperwork and is waiting for settlement of the account before they can do anything. I already took out a contract with Cell C on Friday as I confirmed that my contract with vodacom has been cancelled and now all of a sudden they will send me a quotation to cancel my contract. Furthermore I have been trying to get a quotation for premature cancellation on another number from vodacom. I tried from Saturday 4 February, and to this day I haven't received it as they constantly have problems with the system. I phoned at least 10 times!! I spoke to Thato Asheto(manager) on Saturday 11 February and said to him I want a quote by this morning, and off course, no quote!!! I am sick and tired of phoning and empty promises! I want answers NOW!!!</p>
<p>It was a difficult decision as to which photographer to choose to take my wedding photos as there are so many photographers around! Well..today I can say that I was lucky enough to have made the right choice!! Pierre Vee Photographer was not only friendly, respectful to my needs as a bride and super professional. His photos was amazing and I got all my edits within a month!! Now that's what I call great service! I can recommend him to any bride(or for any occasion really!)!! You will not regret it! Thanks Pierre! You are the best!!</p>
