One of their agent wrote a policy for my uncle to this day we haven't received any documentation but the money is being deduct. When I call they always tell me to ask my uncle to call them when they wrote that policy my uncle told them he doesn't have a cellphone. I can't take him to their offices during the week because am working. Can someone please help with the policy documents or cancel this policy.
I cancelled my subscription with DSTV because it was not working and I was not getting any assistance from them. Am now receiving sms's from their lawyers asking me to pay them, this is confusing for me because I don't owe DSTV. I called them last month and they promised to listen to their recordings and come back to me. It's more than a month now waiting for their call, can they sort out this issue with their lawyers because I don't owe them.

I bought school bag last week when I placed an order it was saying the order will be ready on Saturday, when I went to the pick up point I was told I must wait for an sms. My order is still not ready the schools are re-opening tomorrow can Takealot tell me what must I do in this case, if they don't have stock can I have my money back ASAP
My son placed an order on line on the 21st of March after paying he was told the item is out of stock. We are battling to get a refund we've been calling with no help, no one is willing to assist. The refund amount is R194.99 on a serious note how long can it take to refund such a small amount. Today when we call again we are told it will take 21 working days, this is really unfair because he's been complaining since March. Can some please contact him so that he can get his refund urgently ORDER NUMBER 1310049688. Am hoping for a positive feedback by tomorrow.
My DSTV still not working and they said they will call me back am still waiting after two weeks still no help, when I call today they are telling me that they will stop it only on the 28th this is unfair for me because I paid for subscription that is not working why are they telling me that they can only stop it on the 28th meaning I have paid for a month for something that I didn't watch. AM GOING TO THE BANK TO REVERSE MY MONEY!!!!
I have a problem with my dish every three months I get an error that says there is no signal when I call MultiChoice they will tell me to call the guys to come and check meaning am paying extra R350 last time when they were at my house they installed new LNB cable where I paid call out fee of R350 and R350 for LNB cable. Today I called again with no help am really not happy with the service am receiving from them I have been paying my subscription with no fail all these years. If they can't sort this out can they please cancel my subscription and refund me for the month that I paid
I transfer money into a wrong FNB account, when I call Capitec call center the lady by the name of Tshego tells me that they must investigate and it will take 14 days just to do a reversal and the charges are going to be R160, can Capitec explain to me the logic in this. As soon as found out that the account number is incorrect I called my bank to do a reversal now am told that I must wait 14 days on top of that I must pay.
I like to say thank you to the guys that work at the perfume department am sad I can't remember their names the lady's name was Palesa. I just bought lunch meal when I got to the office there was no toasted bread inside my meal I paid for meal which have toast how come the person who was preparing didn't see that
