Multichoice doesn’t even deserve the 1 star given. I have applied for their Black Friday deal earlier this week, the call drops just before it’s complete, the agent doesn’t call back when we call in no one can see if my application is valid. We speak to someone they say we need to speak to the original person who doesn’t call us back. Everyone says we will be in touch within 48 hours only to tell us they need someone else to call us in 48hours!! The service is horrendous for such a big company!! Imagine they can’t even Assist with a simple sale. It’s laughable..
<p>I am having problems with my xtra view. I had called in and spoke to someone for around 50 minutes and he could not help me. He said he will contact hes team lead for further assistance but up until this point i have had no response. Really dissappointing given we pay so much for the service per month.</p>
MTN stole my money this morning. i tried to make a call, it told me i have insuffiecient airtime. i disagreed as i had loaded airtime not too long ago. i checked the airtime it tells me ia have R55 any network and R 50 mtn to mtn. i try to make a call again and it goes through this time. i peak for jsut over 3 minutes and it cuts my call saying my airtime has run out. why did it cut my airtime if i had R55 airtime? i was told there is a session open - i had not opened my internet all morning long. only when i make a call does the airtime run out. why didt the data eat my airtime before i made the 3 minute call.<br> <br> to make things worse. i have tried to buy another R50 airtime. i get charged from my bank but the airtime is not loaded. wtf is going on with MTN. you guys are living off money that is stolen from people.<br> <br> Disgusting!!!
i am paying DSTV the full premium bouquet and i cannot watch anything on catchup. He's name is Jan. He quoted me 15k and asked for money to purchase materials and 50% labour. Then pay the rest on completion. I have made a purchase through standard bank for my wife on wed 15 July 2015 11:52AM. Up until now Cell C have not provided the airtime. This is what I would call theft. We called 4 times and the response is there is a backlog -wtf? don't ****** offer your service if you cant provide the airtime. You have taken my money. How the F*** do you expect her to call me when she cant get her airtime.<br> <br> TO make things worse, some toss of a call centre agent dropped the call on us when we requested who we are speaking to. I am still getting invoices from Telkom mobile. I have requested my account to be closed august 2014. I have complained so many time but still I receive invoices. please people, please DO NOT take out any Telkom mobile contracts as its simply impossible to close your account. they keep charging you and NEVER pay back the money. last month 1 woman called me to ask me to pay my balance. i told her you charginf me for something I asked to be cancelled. she apologised and admitted Telkom mobile owed me money. I have a ref number for a refund that she promised telkom mobile would pay. guess what. im still waiting.<br> <br> simply unbelievable<br> <br>
