I purchased some items from this store. Some fit others so not! I have been trying to return the unsuitable items they do not respond to emails phones are not working I have signed the contact me form several times no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

I was seen by a Dr Paul Nel, very cold gentleman, not forthcoming with information. Briefly examined me and advised that my blood pressure was high prescribed flu meds and blood pressure meds I had to ask him what the meds where, how I need to take them and for how long. I had to ask what I could do about the blood pressure issue. Left me feeling very anxious!
I placed a stationary order through my son’s school, the email address given bounces back. I called and got a direct email from a lady called Mpho who simply is not bothered no responses no acknowledgments! Rather get the list from school and go to PNA! Walton’s is a circus !
This number +27 (72) 390-3007 called to speak to my helper I asked her what it is in connection with before I share my helpers number the *** says I must mind of own business? So she calls my helper during working hours on MY number ! And tells me to mind my own business ? Can you teach these people manners !
Sunglass hut promises a perfect pair service but that can’t deliver! I have been going to their woodmead store to have my pair adjusted the person is never there! Today I went again and I was told she is at Mr price buying clothes?? I left the glasses for her to fix went back 2 hours later to be told they did not give her the glasses and now she is on lunch break and it’s late she can’t work on them I must come ToMorow!!! This was the 4th time I have been to the store ! Rather get cheap sunglasses from China mall this is ******* service !
Gautrain has introduced a system where we can pay using Apple Pay but clearly it’s not working! Twice now I have paid using the phone to get into the parking then at the entrance to the train it won’t scan my phone meaning I have to use a card and then upon my return I have to pay separately for parking ! The cashiers are of no help either and all they say is they are still working on the system Gautrain is no better than PRASA! ******* service rather just drive !
I ordered chips for collection, went to collect 20 minutes later they were not ready had to wait because there was a mistake ? Fair enough I get home open the chips they are dry brittle and tasteless like they were made yesterday! I am quite shocked because they have never disappointed looks like they are getting complacent !
DStv has given my details to a company that employs lunatics called Cubix these psychos call through out the day to ask me to buy death cover for my DStv I have explsined AD NAUSEUM that I don’t need it but they keep calling they are very pushy and rude and when I say I don’t need it they get angry and cut the line only for onother lunatic to call! Please leave me alone and take your people for anger management!
These clowns are ****mers they have now changed names to bookaballoon_sa.very Shady voucher payment terms, very pushy ,**** advertising and and the f**l confronts you when you don’t book! RUN!!!
