This company takes your money but does not deliver the items that you ordered. It is a big ****.
Don't make the mistake of using this company! They do not keep their promises. I paid for an express service and the document was not delivered in the timeframe provided - in fact the document was not provided at all. To make matters worse, the person who spoke to me is now refusing to respond to my emails. Stay away from this company!!!
I made a request to withdraw funds from my wallet. Despite it now being more than 30 days, the money has still not been deposited into my account. When I called them yesterday, they told me the money would be deposited into my account today but that has still not happened.
This company is a ****. When I tried to withdraw my money from my wallet, they refused even though the 30-day waiting period has already expired. Don't make the mistake of investing in this company. You will lose all your money.
Stay away from TERRIBLE company. They *******ly deducted money from my account and is refusing to refund the money. Don't make the mistake of ever getting a mobile phone contract from them. The treat their customers with no respect and dignity. They will be all smiles until you signed the contract but as soon as your signature is on that contract they will start to take your money.
Telkom is involved in the ******* deduction of money (read: *****ing) from their customer accounts. They have ****** money from my account is refusing to fix the mistake.

Now here is a company that's values revolve around xenophobia, ****phobia, and ******. My husband ( a foreigner) and I (a *** couple) made the mistake of ACCIDENTALLY crashing into a ceramic pot outside their Mbombela branch after having just finished eating there. The staff including the manager subsequently treated us in a way that no human being should ever be treated. We were berated, belittled and threatened by the manager and his staff and treated in the most contemptuous of manners. Furthermore, the manager forced us to pay R1250 for a ceramic pot that was barely worth R600. He repeatedly threatened to call the police. At one point, the staff even formed a circle around us and threatened us and said terrible things to us and about us. When I called Ocean Basket head office to complain about what had happened, they ignored our complaint and made it off as if it is joke. This company is filled with xenophobia and ****phobia. I strongly suggest that you do not eat at this company because you never know when you will make a small mistake as one of their customers and end up being treated like a piece of human garbage by Ocean Basket employees.
Don't buy things from this horrible shop! I made the mistake of buying a fire extinguisher from them. They gave me a ****ty old one from March 2024. It is due for service in less than 2 months. How pathetic! Pick up your **** and refund my money.
