My line got suspended as we forgot to pay account. First time in 20 years We paid immediately and were told we would be reconnected within 3 hours It's been 72 hours now and no connection Terrible service Definitely looking at moving my fibre
Terrible service They fetched an inverter they supp**** for repair Made me pay in advance also bought a wifi ****le that was never delivered Now they took the inverter for repair Took the money for repair And never delivered the wifi ****le So I lost my inverter and money for repair and money for my wifi ****le Now they don't take calls and don't respond to what's apps Stay very far away Total **** Total **** artists
Worst communication ever Logging no internet for almost 5 hours now Simply get a mail help is on the way No phone number Website help is useless Will probably cancel soon I've been with rain a long time and useless Service
Zero communication They cut my internet without notification I lost my credit card Immediately changed to new card detail Been trying to contact them to no avail Large company with major advertising but no means of communication Ridiculous After logging 5 complaints still waiting for someone to come back to me
we have been customers of Vodacom since the day they started We have many contracts with them we renewed contracts in April and were promised unlimited minutes and sms with 30 gigs data per month we realised that data was getting finished very quickly we only checked everything in November as we went through a bit of a hectic time with covid when we brought it up with them , the person who we spoke to about the deal did not respond and someone else came into the picture , we insisted on cancelling all our contract but they pushed to fix everything and give us even more when we agreed towards the end of November and they said all will be sorted by 1st December we said that was ok lets move forward come 1st December the bill us double of our normal contract we are trying hard to sort this out and have decided to cancel the first 5 contracts with them and a lot more to follow they have breached the contract by not honouring what they promised we have all correspondence in writing and are now awaiting them to cancel
