False info and no feedback
Very hot and cold, direct communication with their front line is great, then zero feedback or response from their claims agents. FNB Private service is appalling
Can't get a decent response from a Private Banker without lodging a complaint. I'm yet to even meet my banker or work through their only function aka "Private Banker" Not a single requirement has been fulfilled! Just carrying on taking my money with ZERO service, isn't that the purpose of the Customer Protection Act? Never ever use these clowns. They have been voted out by 98% of the home owners and due to a family relative of the business owners who slipped onto the body corporate without disclosing the conflict of interest didn't file the votes in time, they continue to take the home owners money monthly while not delivering ANY service. Fraudulent, corrupt, dishonest and out right disgusting
