I booked online a flight from Joburg to Cape Town at 8h30 on the 28th June it was R1052, I paid and it went through, and I received an saying they are processing, with Reference and flight number, then after I prepare everything I was checking my ticket on my email, I got the email saying booking failed, I called them I was told it failed and I must pay extra R650 for them to book another one, and I was asking I paid what the online system requested me or quoted me to pay then i ws told the flights are up now anc theh already took my money from my bank and they will refund it after 48 to 72 hours, mind you im rushing yo attend a funeral on sunday and i dont have mone and when i check on my FLYSAFAIR APP, USING REFERENCE AND FLIGHT NUMBER THE FLIGHT IS SCHEDULED , Please help Travelwings is ****ming me
This letter serves to inform you of the things I left in my room, On the 3rd August 2023 we had booked room as ANC I don't know under which department but I slept in the above mentioned room for 2 days and I left my brand new black long suede boots and light green hot water bottle in my room, so because I went to Eastern cape for a 7 month project, I didn't come and check with Birchwood as I used to do and get my staff safe, so when I came back last week I decided to go there on the 4th April 2024 I went there to check only to find out they never saw them how? because I'm sure I left them there, and I never even received a call from them to notify me of the items, so to me it's clear they are working with dishonest people. So I'm writing to you because I want the relevant people to do proper search and investigate properly as to what happened to my items, without being notified, and I wrote to hello Peter on the 17th April 2024 about this dissatisfaction, and I will notify the ANC about this incident. The lady i spoke to in April took my number and told me that they will look for my things and come to me, until today nothing

On the 16th February around 19h00 i went to eat dinner with my partner at Spur at Carnival City, i left my hand furn on the table at around 22h00, i found out that i left when i was home, after a month i went there thought tat maybe the waitress who was serving us might saw it or anyone working there, only to find out no one saw it, and i asked for cameras i was told cameras are at te front, so im so dissapointed if Spur employees cannot see what i left and i was sure i eft it there

I got a call in September from MTN about upgrading, and I liked the product I was told that I will get 28gig 14 daytime data, and 14 nighttime, But to my surprise on the 1st of October I got only 4gig, and I was told that I will get it on the 12th of every month as the old one, but I want MTN to be exposed on lying to us as customers and I want them to cancel the product cos it's not what i agree about
scammed by CelC, I never upggraded for another contract, but they said so, i requested a call records of me agreeing on that, since today i was not given a case number sjowing my request.
I put through a claim with Finrite on the call Centre on 21 April 2021. I gave them all the information when I put in my claim. Nothing was missing. I was told to expect an sms but I didn't have any communication. I then called on the after some weeks , and i was told that i have to pay premiums off which I always do that, I still not heard anything so I called 5 times but never got through because I was on hold for at least more than 10 times a day without luck . I called again on Friday 18th but still no luck, so their customer service is poor they don't care about people but just chowing their monies . Can I just please get my phone fixed or get all my premiums back because they didn't get what I was paying for and an explanation as to what is going on.

I am a policy holder of finrite, on 29th April 2021 , I was taking out my fone my pocket and it mistakenly fell down and my screen cracked and even under my screen protector, I called finrite the following day i was told to have IMEI number ready when I call, and immediately I heard news that my brother passed away and I break down and lost focus and decided to finish funeral preparations, then after came back from EC I called finrite again, and they took my details including IMEI and was promised a message until today no message received, on thursday 13th i called again to my surprise I'm told that I must pay my outstanding premiums, and i received messages every month that they deduct money from my account, I'm so disappointed, so I'm requesting finrite to give me all my 20 instalments back and a public apology for selling me a dream that if I'm covered with their policy they will assist me, I'm ready to go on media and letting all South AFRICANS that are covered by you that you are scamming people
