Tears of joy!!!!!
Woo hoo!!! I am so HAPPY! I initially tried going through a different service provider after lots of tears frustration and 3 months I decided to try cool ideas and now I am crying tears of joy!!! It took them less than a week to get me up and running!! Communication was excellent!!! I am so very very impressed ! Thank you Mafifa, Faith and Thuli for keeping your promise ! You guys rock!!!

Never have I ever...
WOW! Honestly can't express my frustration anger disappointment disgust! 3rd month now I have not received any service nor my refund - over 30 phone calls - NO one comes back to you - it is always a different departments fault. SO quick to take your money but when it comes to delivering or providing a service! Good luck! VERY scary how you have to enter your card details and you can't remove them - is that even legal???!!!

I was really worried as a lot of the reviews and comments have been negative BUT thought let me try and SO glad I did! Awesome effortless service! I was kept updated throughout the process and delivered on time! The signal has been excellent!

MTN only has robots working for them as you cannot speak to an actual person :(
I have been trying for days now to get someone at MTN to assist me BUT have had no luck!!! Money was taken from my bank account without my consent - I do not have ANY MTN products - before more money is taken can someone PLEASE help as this is fraud !
