Ordered my Fiber line July 2020 as soon as Vodacom said it was available in our area. Canceled my telkom LTE account same time but was very severely let down by Vodacom. After more than 20 support call it is nearly the end of December and I have no connection. Vumatel have been to my house four times, last two unannounced and they are an absolute waste of time. When you call Vodacom's support thier staff claim to escalate but there is nothing done or no feedback ever. In addition you cannot get around support to someone who may assist. I would not recommend Vodacom to my worst enemy, no one deserves the suffering that accompanies thier services. As my cellular contracts end I will be moving away, my Fiber line is month to month so possibly mid 2021.
My 2017 Ford Ecosport 1.5 TDCI Trend needs work done however it appears that Ford dealerships Umgeni, Umhlanaga and Durban South are extremely difficult to contact via the phone and if you manage to get through can only assist from Mid November. It is the 13th Oct 2020 today. In addition to the above, my nearly 4 year old Ecosport has the following issues, 1. Break Lights are flickering. 2. ABS Malfunction Warning appears on the screen for a second when it starts from time to time. 3. The steering is making a knocking sound when reversing and steering. All i want is for the issues to be looked at and sorted out however it is proving to be rather difficult to achieve this through the CMH Ford dealership Network.
Applied for an Upgrade online via their site on Saturday, called on Monday as no-one had contacted me and redid the order on the phone. I then received a order number and was told someone would contact me. I called Tuesday night and was told someone would contact me on Wednesday. I then called on Wednesday afternoon and was told that the order had been cancelled, apparently the order was not confirmed within 24 hrs however no calls or e-mails were ever received from the network to confirm the order. I have had to call them and try an chase the process however it appears to be a waste of effort, their company rating on Hello Peter is a true indication of the poor service delivery issues within the organisation.
<p>I have been in comunication with Standard Banks Ucount enquires for more than 3 months trying to get the advertised Ucount points processed but thus far been unable to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted them in April a month after the unit was installed and was told to wait until the end of the month. No points were granted and i then contacted them again and was told that the debit order came off on the 1st of the month and that i needed to wait another month.</p> <p> </p> <p>No points were granted and I contacted them and have still not been able to resolve the issue, they called me on the 7th July saying that the issue had been escalted but i have not had a response as yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>The unit was fitted in March and it appears that between Netstar and Standard Bank they are unable or unwilling to grant the points as advertised.</p> <p> </p> <p>Feedback on the issue is poor from Standard Bank and i still do know if and when this issue will be resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I tried to take advantage of the 1st April Promotion Edgars was running but it appears that it was false advertising.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was supposed to get between 10% and 100% discount off my purchase but have not recived any discount, i have sent Edgars multiple mails with the screen print of the promotion from thier website but they are not willing to honor the promotion.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have recived a call from a persion by the name of Lerato stating that if i did not get the e-mail with the discount then i was not due a discount but it did not mention this on the promotion. I followed the instructions on the promotion but it did not mention that i need to wait for an e-mail that never came.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested that the query be escalted but have since not been contacted. I am going to contact the NCC if no resolution has been met within the next week.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recomend anyone support Edgars due to the poor customur service, the products they sell are well known brands but they can be found at other retailers who provide a decent service.</p>
<p>Just had a towbar fitted by Towrite on North Coast road, Fantastic service and it is the second vehicle i have taken there and both times been great.</p> <p>Would recomend them if you are in the market for a TowBar.</p>
<p>Just wanted to say that Zethran from PipeRite Plumbers did an excellect job repairing the underground leak and charged a fair rate.</p> <p> </p> <p>He has done work for us on two other occasions, one to replace the main line into our property and another to fit bath mixer and everytime been a fantastic experiance. Not once has he had to return to repair a fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>Extremly rare in South Africa to get good service at a good rate, i would definatley recomend his company to anyone that requires a plumber.</p> <p> </p>
<p>Sent an e-mail to Telkom to cancel my phone line as i now use an LTE connection due to the poor porformance of the line to my property and numerous attempts to get telkom to improve it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cancelation mail was sent ********** on the 04/11/2016, follow up mails and calls have taken place on the following dates, 09/12/2016, 27/01/2017, 10/02/2017, 15/03/2017 & 12/04/2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom continue to bill me despite our attempts to cancel the line.</p>
<p>Had Master Gates & Doors quote and install a sliding gate at my place.</p> <p> </p> <p>From quote to installation the service was fantastic. The installation was done on time and without issue, the gate its self is well built and solid. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would defiantly recommend Master Gates & Doors to anyone who is in need.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
Just return from Alpine Motors after booking my car in for a service. I had to wait 1hour and 40 minutes after which i then requested my vehicle back.<br> <br> On previous services i have had to wait as well sometimes two hours for collection from work. After an hour and 10 min i asked Jason Ashley what was happening to which i was told all the drivers were out. So basically wait longer.<br> <br> I then following the complaints of four other individuals requested my vehicle back and suddenly a plan was made to transport me.<br> <br> When you book the service u are asked if u need transport and when you book in the vehicle the same to which i said yes.<br> <br> As a result i will not purchase another vehicle from Alpine Motors. The service is shocking and the responses from the service guys pathetic to say the least.<br> <br> I spent the time typing an e-mail to complain as well. <br> <br> I love VW but will go through Mc Carthy or Barons on my next one. Bronwyn (Sales Person) was good as well pity she will never see me again.<br> <br>
