Scammed into a 5 year LTE contract under false pretences by ****a Digital whouses Centrafin as their shield and financier. Loads of empty promises of changing over to Fibre as soon as it becomes available. Very quick to install the hardware, only to realise later that everything including the data contract is sub contracted to Centrafin. So called CEO of ****a Digital,Andile, never answers a call, neither does the office. Absolutely no service. Data connection more off than on. Using Centrafin as their teeth should you cancel payment and being threatened by Centrafin with blacklisting should you not reinstate payment. Gentleman that I spoke to at Centrafin, had an aggressive attitude. Clearly does not know the consumer act and laws governing it. All he did was threaten me should I stop payment. DO NOT USE THEM.SCAMMERS AND NO SERVICE.

R170.00 on 23/04/2015 - Stuff Magazine <br> My staff and myself have tried to contact Discovery Vitality NUMEROUS times regarding non delivery of the above orders in the 5 months following the orders.Their service is non existant.<br> Eventually after lodging a complaint on Hello Peter , I got a response and a person to deal with, namely , Tracey Jaffer. Initially the R170 for the Stuff subscription, was refunded. After numerous further mails R220 for the Goeie Huishouding was refunded. Now a month later the balance , R405 is still outstanding. Everytime I am promised that it would be rectified and to expect a call within 15 minutes. Well I am still waiting.<br> This week a Stuff and Home Owner Magazine was delivered ??? Obviously Discovery Mall or their agents ,DIGTALPLANET have serious administrative issues.<br> I would like the balance , namely R405.00 refunded as Vitality Shop acknowledged and promised to do. <br> I would strongly advice Vitality members NOT to use the VitalityMall
