I bought ARC shares via Easy Equities some years back and it was an easy process through their app. Fast forward ARC is delisted from JSE and Easy Equities gave us 2 days to either sell or keep the shares. Communication was send 2 days before the action date and if you do not respond then they take it that you opted to keep them privately. I happened to miss that communication and by the time i see it the given 2 days had already passed, i was late to make a choice according to them. I feel that they did not give us enough time as their client to choose as if it was intentional to make most people to miss the offer. And by the way they are not even willing to assist you can confirm that it was their intention to dump us. They treat me as if i did not buy through their platform. They say i should do door to door to sell them. Thier customer service sucks. All they do is to give useless automated responses when you ask questions. Rather use other platforms that will always assist. Be warned they do not care about their clients. I regret ever trading thought their platform.
I used to service my renault Kwid at Zambezi center until it was out of motor plan and i took it to another approved service centre. Recently my radio and screen are not working and i went to them in December 2024 to enquire if my warranty will cover it and then they said i am still within the cover ranger of 150 000 KM / 5 years so i booked in the car. On the day that i was supposed to bring the car i had an emergency in the morning and i asked my husband to take in the car but it was unfortunately late after the cut off time so they refused to assist and the lady that was just not interested in listen. January 2025 i booked in the car again and they warranty cannot cover and when i asked for the reasons they change from one reason to another: 1. The car was not serviced at their branch after motor plan and they want prove of invoices of where i service it - i told them that but i provided service book 2. Warranty rejected the claim - i phoned customer service and there was no claim submitted by the dealer. 3. The warranty does not cover radio after 100 000 km - they never mentioned this before when i enquired and book in the car. They explained circumstances whereby warranty will not cover but never mention the 100 000 km which is something they should have started with if indeed the truth. In summary they are coming up with excuse after the other not to assist. What is warranty for??? They must just say their cars comes without warranty.
2 years ago my husband and I decided to become a member of LPA after attending one of their presentations. The agent that was presenting said if we are not happy with their service we can cancel at any time. He never mention a cancelation policy with ridiculous amount of R7000. We paid them for 2 years without taking any vacation with a hope that we are accumulating points and now when we want to book there is absolutely no availability in areas that we are interested in whereas during presentation they said they have about 180 resort that you can book from. Now we want to cancel they tell us that you will loose your points you must book with them before you cancel. Ok we booked and now they say you have to pay cancellation fee of R7000 or pay them for another 12 months. This is a day light *******. No resort to book but people must pay for what?? If we are not happy with your services let us go instead of holding us whereas you cannot deliver on what you promised. You cannot be good at holding people but do not want to improve on your services. The number of negative reviews that you get says a lot about your services and you don't even care. My advise to anyone that is reading this please save your money by yourself for vacations. LPA will milk you, please run for your life do not become a victim.

I hid a pothole and damaged one of my wheel and I claimed from miway insurance. Wow my claim was approved within 2 days and the money will be paid into my account so I have a choice to buy from my preferred supplier. My agent Beaucannon thank you so much for your excellent service.
I asked for a review on my car insurance and Peter Pitjeng really gave me an affordable premium. I won't even have to shop around for another insurance. Thank you so much Miway.
