A one star is over killing it, they deserve no stars. I've reported a fault on fiber line on Wednesday 23 Oct, nothing was done about it. Then they say I must switch of the router and ont to work. If that was the problem why would I lock a call. The are ***********, useless and pathetic
Webafrica? Are they still available? If I phone them, they asked to use there duper dooper fast whatsapp, which is super dooper non existing. Sending whatsapp messages waiting for an hour actually still waiting for the super fast service.
I've paid my account on 19 Dec 2023, now suddenly I receive an email saying there's a R56 outstanding. I've paid the amount that was due in full. I tried several times with there live chat which is non existing not even to say anything about their super fast whatsapp help line. If you advertise a super fast service then dont give such unexceptable service. If this R56 is an increase why wasn't I informed about it.
Actually they not worth one star. I'm with MTN since cell phones came to South Africa. I requested to migrate my current package to one with more data, previously it was possible now suddenly after I was transferred 15 times the answer is I can't migrate because it will cost more, like R800 for 2G extra. They gave me a data bundle of 500mg for showman. I don't need showman. Can you believe it. I'm on edge of canceling my contract of almost 30 years. Pathetic its all I can say
Beautiful place, staff is friendly, food delicious. Bathrooms clean and have playground for kids close to restaurant for parents to keep an eye on them. Buffet price is more affordable especially for special events
Webafrica suspended my fiber connection although it was paid. They don't have a customer care service that you can call. They have this super dooper fast whatsapp group which is the slowest service on earth. Although you send proof of payment they won't connect service before payment show in their account. This while there is function to upload proof of payment.
Elexi medical insurance is the worst you can get. Please never sign up with them. Service is non existence. If you call them you get to talksure which is even worse. I've tried to contact them for 2 months and no reply.
It's my second review, although they called after the first review the said they will investigate and give feedback within 48 hours. It's a week without any feedback
Worst experience and will never recommend to anyone. Paid for year just to hear they unable to assist as policy was canceled. This after their debit order go through every month?
The pathetic super slow service that you get. If you contact them a answering machine said you must add the super fast support whatsapp line. Those people are sleeping and are definitely not super fast.
