I placed an order with mcdelivery money taken from my account 2 hours later no delivery received.... I then phoned MacDonalds lifestyle centurion to get told sorry they did not get my order I must phone the call center... The dam call center is closed after 5pm. I then phone MacDonalds mall at reds. A very helpful man by the name of vusi tryed to help me he even phoned to try hear what has happened to my order as the number on my order is lifestyle store number... I then again phoned lifestyle to try again just to be told no the order did not go to them and I must go to sleep and phone the call center in the morning ***!!!!!. Now at 8.30pm I must stand and make food for my family this is the worst service I have ever received. I will be posting this all over social media and if my money is not given back to me I will also open a case of theft.
I have a Cat S60 this is by far the worst phone i have ever had. It has been swapped out twice and repaired once. First time the phone took 30 minutes just to turn on and it kept freezing they repaired it. it started doing it again so they swapped it out, the replacement phone also had software problems and it it got liquid damage this is supposed to be a water resistant phone so they swapped it out again. Now the phone they gave me is giving me software issues again and one of the buttons is not working this is shocking how can this expensive phone be so bad from such a big brand. I am a huge caterpillar fan and this has really disappointed me...... And i know already if send it in they will try fix it and that wont work or they will replace it with the same S60 this phone sucks. I would love to look at CAT phones in the future but cant i have battled way to much with the S60 looks like i will have to go to the competition??? this is really disappointing from on of my favourite brands
This is just for all of the people that think it is a good idea to go to Telkom Mobile just a heads up... I have been having problems with my bank account where my debits return unpaid even when money is available. So my Telkom account returned again and I did not know this. Telkom does not even notify you as a client that your payment was not received. So they don't just soft bar your account ( put a stop so you cant call out) they hard bar your account ( put a stop to your line so you cant even receive calls.) This is shocking now how must a person earn money if I cant even get calls???? So now Telkom uses newdebt to debit you and they take for ever to let Telkom know that payment has been made and all Telkom tells you is sorry cant help you... this is shocking payment has been taken from me and yet I am still not able to use my phone. Telkom you cant phone me as I cant get calls so respond with email not that you care enough to even do that.... This is the worst service I have ever had form any mobile operator.....
This is shocking where is Telkom getting there phones from the black market??? I got a Samsung Note 4 on my contract it has gone in for a screen replacement under the AHD warranty and Samsung has come back saying this is a imported device *** this is shocking where do Telkom mobile get there phones? Off the back of a truck? I paid for the Samsung for the AHD warranty because this is what I wanted now im told I cant get that so who is going to replace my R12000.00 phone????? shocking shocking shocking This is not right...... second time loading same complaint still no response from Telkom ref Sm114362...THIRD TIME LOADING SAME COMPLAINT STILL NO RESPONCE THIS IS SHOCKIN YOU CLAIMED TO HAVE SENT ME A EMAIL I HAVE NEVER GOT ANY EMAIL FROM YOU WTF THIS IS SHOCKING... WILL PAY MY ACCOUNT AGAIN WHEN I HAVE A RESPONCE FORM YOU AND THIS IS SORTED OUT THEN TILL THEN YOU CAN HAVE THAE SAME TOFFIE YOU ARE GIVING ME......
I don't know what Samsung thinks they are doing... the service is shocking send your phone in for a new screen under the warranty get told three to 7 working days a month later still nothing phone in to find out what is happening and they don't know 3 calls later nothing.... I hate apple but at the moment it seems I must send a email to every one at work (2500 people) and warn them against buying a Samsung!!! apple at least gives you service...
